One of nine bikers killed at a shootout outside a Texas restaurant was a Vietnam veteran and Purple Heart recipient whose family members dispute police claims he was in a criminal group.
An Associated Press review of Texas court records and a database maintained by the state department of public safety turned up no criminal history in Texas for Jesus Delgado Rodriguez, 65, of New Braunfels. And his son Vincent Ramirez told the San Antonio Express-News that he was not violent.

I assume that you are referring to the David Koresh incident. That wasn’t IN Waco. It was 20 miles outside of Waco. Waco had nothing to do with it except that it was unfortunate enough to be the nearest city of any size.
How do you know that he wasn’t wearing colors? It’s not mentioned in the article.
Doing so when you aren’t a member will get you stomped.
In the 1960s, merely wearing a denim jacket with the sleeves cut off could get you jumped. That’s not how things are today but he certainly wouldn’t be wearing a Bandidos jacket/colors if he isn’t a member.

Cannot find a download of the CCTV video. Don’t think the restaurant owner made it available to public. Lawsuits are coming and I am sure he is acting in his best interests. It was given to the Waco Police and the AP.

This should not be tried in the press or on the web. BUT the distortion, spin and lies from media & Waco PD must stop.
I think it is pretty simple. The SWAT team killed 9 people and injured 18.
I see no evidence it was warranted. And I think they are in CYA mode now.
Question is? Who’s agenda are they representing?
Some one gave them faulty “intelligence”.

This event that took place in Waco Texas was anarchy, chaos, panic, revenge and just plain old murdering all going on at once per my unbiased position here on the couch hundreds of miles away.
Me thinks good guys as well as bad guys were overwhelmed by the event and sensory overload aka inability to think clearly was absent by all involved. Yes there were bad guys on bikes trying to kill or maim others. There were others trying to defend themselves or coming to the aid of those being attacked .
... Then there were cops shooting anyone attacking another with a deadly weapon.
Was this a Bandido GANG planned recruitment event that was crashed by another GANG that other CLUB’s came to watch ?
Recipe for a shitstorm IMHO.
Be interesting to see the official report and Handgunner Magazines Massad Ayoub (sp?) take on this event.....

I also had computer trouble develop during the time I was on the website. I run Linux and it is pretty stable and not prone for malware.
Had to pull plug to router and shut down processes. Then I cleaned out my /temp folder entries. Rebooted and it was fine again. I suspect the “bad guys” are active on that site. They are exposing a lot of crap.
There is no proof it is true, but the pieces fit in many ways.
It has been out on the web a long time.
