Pope Francis met Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas on Saturday, calling him “an angel of peace,” days after the Vatican said it was preparing to sign its first accord with Palestine to the anger of Israel.
Abbas met the pontiff for about 20 minutes for a private audience, a meeting that comes a day before the pope is due to canonise two Palestinian nuns, who will become the first Palestinian Arabs to gain sainthood.

She’s not seriously considering anything that secondary. This is fluff spit out to help her shaky campaign and to divert discussion from “Clinton Cash”, “@Clintonemail.com”, “Benghazi”, “Russian Relations Reset”, “HillaryDrinksLikeAFish.com”, “CarpetLickersQuarterly.com” and all the other things that are vexing her campaign.

No. The Palestinian Authority is one of many fronts for the Caliphate whose aim is “Arab unity” under Islam.
I’m not a Catholic, so have not followed this as closely as I could have, but, is there a good explanation as to why “the rottweiler” Pope stepped down and this seemingly liberation-theology-believing guy was put in as Pope?

A friend of mine, former catholic, has been on a crusade to get as many people out of that church as possible. I never really had any great angst nor love for that institution, but based on the actions of this pope and the church itself, I am beginning to share her view that this ‘church’ is nothing but a self-adoring cult based on wealth redistribution enforced by baseless guilt.
The Pope is a knee-jerk leftist boob. He has banished everyone who might offer a differing or moderating influence. This is precisely how he behaved in Argentina—where he left the Archdiocese of Buenos Aires a shambles.
Remember the famous “secret” report prepared for Ratzinger, about the “homo-lobby” in the Vatican? It’s the homo-lobby that elected Bergoglio. Now Bergoglio is an embarrassment even to the homo-lobby, and they are abandoning him.

Not me. I still think the Catholic Church is the best way to salvation and has been that way for 2000 years in spite of special interests thru the ages.
It appears to me that this Pope is from the dark side.
