There are guys who have been on federal death row since 1993. Last federal execution was around 2003.

I don’t understand why an obvious enemy of America who has carried out an act of war is still breathing. At the very least, he should be in Gitmo with his buddies.

Justice delayed is justice denied.
Bring back the gallows, muhamedan style so that he is strangled rather than his neck being broken, and bring it quickly. After all, we wouldn’t want him to miss out on any time with his 72 virgin demons in Hell!
In cases of mass murder through terrorism or even by an individual, including serial killing, the appeal process should be expedited by giving it priority in courts.
A court docket should b revised to accommodate such cases FIRST.
What’s becoming a two-decade process should take no more than three months after being sentenced to death.
Not too many martyrs-to-be would be willing to meet their FAKER that fast. Cowards will be cowards.
Maybe they’ll fast track the appeals process and send him on his way to meet Mo-HAM-mad.
It will never happen in MA.
This is just another example that our legal system (not justice system) is failed. This vile creature should already be dead.

It was. The jury was composed of seven women and five men. They
deliberated 14 1/2 hours over threee days to determine the verdict.

The Federal death row is in Terre Haute, Indiana. If and when
he is executed that is where it will occur.
What everyone forgets is that the Russians WARNED the US about these terrorist brothers, yet the warnings went unheeded. Yet another reason the Ruskies are giving the US the Pierre Trudeau (or, most recently, John Boehner) one finger salute! This did not happen during Ronald Reagan’s time, nor George Bush’s time; only the prancing clown prince’s time. America (and the world) needs a new RWR!
