If checking facts before stating them makes me a ‘control freak’, then I stand ‘guilty as charged’. I just wish the MSM were a little more ‘control freak’ish!

The Nauglers have depended upon neighbors’ private wells or municipal hookups for their drinking water, but a confrontation on Sunday prompted a criminal summons for Joe Naugler on a charge of menacing.
“(Naugler) was turned down for the water request and asked to leave the property,” the summons read. “He then said to his son ‘get the pistol out of the glove compartment box.’”
WAVE 3 News has withheld the complainant’s name at her request.
“He (Naugler) was acting very erratically,” the complainant said in an interview Friday. “He was calling us names that I have to spell out. I can’t even say ‘em. And he said ‘don’t worry, I know where you live, and I’m gonna be back.’”
On Wednesday a sheriff’s deputy went to the Nauglers, summons in hand, attempting to conduct a welfare check for Child Protective Services. He wanted to speak with two of their sons, who reportedly witnessed the water confrontation.

The kids can say they are happy but they don't know any existence but that. They don't understand they can easily get a disease and die, most likely of pneumonia or infected wounds.
Living independently doesn't mean living in squalor.

When it can be shown to have disease causing bacteria in their open air kitchen and no way to get clean and not enough space for all of them on their one sleeping area which is on boards. There is no protection to keep mosquitoes, bugs, scorpions, and spiders out of the living/sleeping open area. CPS should have gone to court first, presented the evidence, and, if the judge ordered, removed the children so they stay alive.
Those kids are healthy and seem to be doing fine without the PC police kidnapping them.
If there was a case then take them to court, don't kidnap their kids. It seems the only
system we have now is a Stalinist court system that isn't held accountable.

The kids were witnesses in a complaint lodged against ‘the father’..... The police were there to talk to the kids and the mother was uncooperative ....
The father was caught stealing water from a neighbor and the neighbor told him to get off their property, the father told the son to go get his gun.
Pretty amazing how this family is so anti-trespassing yet the father was stealing water and trespassing onto their neighbor’s property to take their water....

I blame the parents for this firestorm. Mom Facebooking? Why? If you are so off the grid, be off the damn grid. Don’t parade your lein too as adequate housing in a four season part of the country. The earliest settlers built solid structures out of lumber, stone and hand made clay bricks. Why? Because warmth and protection from the elements has been a tantamount survival skill passed down and refined over the centuries. Yet they CHOOSE TO LIVE LIKE THIS and (apparently via the confrontation over the NEIGHBORS WATER) they have not sourced a potable water supply. Do they use a latrine? Do they bath in the small pond shown? There are basic hygiene issues that their PUBLICLY PROCLAIMED lifestyle would make her FB friends WONDER?
And that brings me to the incident. Dad, with all those acres, no job and a lot of time on his hands, hasn’t found any water supply that HE owns? He steals from his neighbor, and when confronting her threatens her w/his gun, retaliation (he KNOWS where has lives!), and calls her a pretty nasty name. Hardly sympathetic.
And now local families, churches, are saying they had scamming issues with these two. So bad was their threatening behavior that the local Mormon church BANNED them and other local families (unschoolers, off the grid types saying “no thanks, don’t my kids interacting with them
Something just seems very wrong and off. This maybe a case of CPS being a stopped clock...eventually they’ll be shown as right on this one.
She has an entire blog as well as a SAlon for Grooming animals...she was or is remodeling in an old pet shop....
I honestly don’t get all this with this family...but maybe that is the point for them. They don’t want others to “get them” for one thing or another....
Here’s she introduces her kids and does seem to know them well....plus she speaks about building on this or some other land...it’s pretty confusing...but seems to me they’ve hit some rough waters along the way and ended up there...

The guy many folks believe is the "greatest President in history" was born off the grid, one county over.
But you've also got to consider the fact that these poor kids were missing out on those shiny new transgender bathrooms they have in our fine socialist skeewells (that's how our beloved Gov Beshear says it).
I’m getting a sick feeling these two are playing the system...this gal is all over the internet....she’s opened a grooming business and remodeling it...very nicely I might add....in a strip mall....below are more detailed photos of the shed they supposedly lived in....but then I read they were staying with people. It gets so complicated because they were booted from the LDS Church...and more accusations these two con people...so who knows.
There’s even discussion where people the go fund me page was set up by a friend of her husbands who says he’s in business...but there’s no proof...when called on it he “wiggled” it’s just a starting business.
So this thing is starting to smell real bad! I think this gotofund is all about getting money to fund their new shop and attain a cabin om their property...there are people already willing to help them do this...

I really understand that they want to “do their own thing” and deplore government intervention...UP TO where to survive they have to steal a neighbors water, and threaten gun violence when confronting the OWNER. Then proudly FBIng “hey, I warned that c word neighbor “I’ll be back I know where you live.”
The kids are beautiful, they do look happy and healthy, but they DESERVE clean water, warm BEDS (not a family shelf) and a roof and walls that keep the elements OUT. The article mentions nails and broken glass (and feces) “around.” So can I ask that tetanus, dysentery, etc can also be removed from conditions.
And I have to laugh, they are banned by the local Mormon church? I used to take my late LDS mother in law to her Relief Society meetings and to her worship some dozen years ago. She passed away three years ago, and I STILL get mailings, phone calls, Missionaries. Maybe THATS what she should blog about...how to get “removed.” (And any LDS who read this, I kid, I kid!)

Didn’t take long....she has a business...and a very nice Grooming Business...this company is coming in and helping her finish it....the rest of the money will be used for building a cabin....(I smell a possible scam here ...these two playing the system?)

Capistan was founded for the sole purpose of uniting well qualified entrepreneurs with sound business plans and would be investors who operate in the crypto-currency sphere.
On May 6, 2015, Capistan beneficiary Nicole Naugler, was arrested on multiple charges in Breckinridge County, KY. As of the date of this release, the Blessed Little Grooming Company project, with a goal of $20,000, was funded 108%.
We understand that she was released from jail within 18 hours, however she and her husband were required to relinquish custody of their 10 children.
The vetting process used to select a project for fundraising includes typical lean startup metrics (i.e. customer validation, model pivoting, pro forma analysis) as well as relationship-based, interpersonal scrutiny. Where the former is rigid and objective, the latter is fluid and subjective.
Capistan proposed the Blessed Little Grooming Company project. The predictive financials were and are sound. However, the primary driver for this project was the fact that Nicole Naugler is the entrepreneur. We chose to invest in Nicole because of her industriousness and uncompromising intention to lift her family out of their indigent circumstances to a brighter tomorrow. Her drive to save her family from their current financial and legal circumstances, mixed with her outstanding customer validation history, confirm that we made the correct decision.
Capistan will continue to fund and manage the Blessed Little Grooming company project. Nicole Naugler started with less than most. She is laser focused on her goal, and she is persecuted because of the indigence of her circumstances. She is exactly the kind of person in whom Capistan was designed to invest. The Naugler’s circumstances may adversely affect the project’s deployment timeline. We will reevaluate the needs of the family and inform all who have pledged of any impacts to the schedule.
