Is this because he didn’t show up at the White House?

OMG!
Is MLB using juiced balls?
Was Sosa using a corked bat?
Did George Brett really have too much pine tar on his bat?
Does Beckham “bend it” because the soccer ball is deflated?

Get a life, sports media.
You are the journalistic JV squad.
Olbermann must...well...you know.

“was at least generally aware of the inappropriate activities”

Translation: Was generally aware that he disrespected the President.

"Based on our interviews and assessment of McNally and Jastremski, we also do not believe that they would personally and unilaterally engage in such conduct in the absence of Brady‟s awareness and consent." Exactly what I said in the other thread.

Well then, do my beloved, yet embarrassing Seahawks win Super Bowl XLIX by default?

The problem is that no punishment the NFL can make ex post facto will make a hill of beans’ worth of difference. Fine? Suspension? Loss of draft picks? Big deal, they still won the trophy and evidently broke rules to do it.

I understand that deflating footballs probably didn’t have much to do with the outcome of the AFC Championship game. But really, what punishment given after the fact will matter?

Tom Brady can’t confiscate my property, put me in jail, raise my taxes, restrict what food I eat, or tell me how to raise my kids.

So, he likes softer balls. That’s his business.

What I got from the texts was that the assistants don’t particularly care for Tom.

Seems to me there is going to be a big libel lawsuit here...

You can have all the suspicions you want, but to make a public accusation you need a lot more proof than what we see here. It’s nothing more than speculation...

If they say the charges are probably true, then they are probably not true. There is no certainty stated. How would a sworn jury rule??

So we are going to convict a guy based on the probability he is guilty?? Is this America, or Iran??

In championship games, it should be the NFL providing footballs anyway.

Hopefully Brady pays a large penalty for this.

That someone ‘probably’ did something is not evidence nor substantiation of charges.

It seems that ‘probably’ is all they could come up with after 4 months of investigation.

They should have referees. They they could check the ball before putting it into play. Apparently the NFL doesn’t have any. /crybabies

3 months after the Superbowl, which he won?

I doubt Tom Brady is too concerned
