An Auburn woman calling herself an ambassador for God and his son, Jesus Christ, filed a federal lawsuit Friday against all homosexuals.
Sylvia Driskell, 66, said in the suit that she is petitioning the U.S. District Court of Omaha to be heard "in the matter of homosexuality. Is homosexuality a sin, or not a sin?"
In a seven-page letter framed as a lawsuit, she cited Bible passages that described homosexuality as an abomination and against nature, and she said never before has the nation or the state been "besiege(d) by sin."
"Will all the judges of this nation judge God to be a lier [sic]?" Driskell asked.
She said she petitioned the court because she feels it imperative to stand up for the moral principles on which the nation was founded.
If she REALLY wanted a case, she’d quote the applicable verses out of the Koran...
Might as well also sue robbers/thieves/liars/adulterers/etc., while she’s at it...
Cases like this get filed, often with amusing results. All the time. Most are dismissed. Some get published opinions. Like the guy who sued the Devil for causing his downfall:

No doubt. However what is really bugging me is that the homosexuals can’t leave anyplace alone. Now you can’t even watch a horse race w/o having their “lifestyle” trust in your face. I don’t insist that everyone knows all about my perversions, why do we have to know all about theirs?

This is another example of media bias. There are millions of people on the left doing crazy things every day, but the media has no interest in that.
But they love to find the strange, lone person who can make the right look foolish, and set them up as a proxy for the entire political movement.

While her heart’s in the right place, I don’t think she’s helping in the fight against the homosexual nazis. Perhaps it first has to be legally established if homosexuality is normal or ABnormal. Well, it used to be, at least in the medical field - in more sane times, that it is not normal, of course. Then file a group lawsuit against forcing people to accept it as normal behavior. We don’t have to accept pedophilia as normal (yet) or bestiality (yet), or any other kind of perversion. Why should we be forced to accept behavior that is unnatural and contrary to nature as normal?
I’m no expert. I’m no lawyer, but surely, we have rights too. How are OUR rights being protected?
