Marilyn Mosby 2Watch how quickly this case begins to collapse as the real evidence begins to come to the surface. Activist, and State Attorney, Marilyn Mosby originally said:
[ ] Officer Miller and Nero then placed Mr. Gray in a seated position and substantially found a knife clipped to the inside of his pants pocket. The blade of the knife was folded into the handle. The knife was not a switchblade and is lawful under Maryland law. These officers then removed the knife and placed it on the sidewalk.
[
] Lt. Rice, Officer Miller and Officer Nero failed to establish probable cause for Mr. Grays arrest as no crime had been committed by Mr. Gray. Accordingly Lt. Rice Officer MIller and Office Nero illegally arrested Mr. Gray. (link)

“This was the statement she made when announcing the charges to the media. Essentially, an oral citation of the probable cause Mosby used to file her take-my-word-for-it Direct Action charges. However, it looks like she was, well, stretching the truth again.”
It was to get their lies out quick like they did in the Ferguson and Zimmermann case.
The really sad part is that people will now for years just repeat this lie like hands up don’t shoot.
The most pathetic part is that there are a couple of people on here who hate cops so much who use terms like boot licker and from their posting history is all they ever talk about were repeating these lies and will do so all the while trying to pretend to be a conservative when in fact they are nothing more than occupy, WTO left wing scum
He probably had a pocket folder about like I carry every day. Shouldn’t be illegal. 2A.
I saw how cops interpret spring assisted and it is BS.We all know cops will arrest people on bogus charges, a form of harassment, just to later have them dropped by the prosecutor. Now I know this guy had a rap sheet and was a drug dealer to boot, but that fact should be immaterial into how he was treated.
Spring assisted, switchblades , and gravity knives are not the same. The issue of which one-handed opening thumb stud knives are legal is somewhat complicated and dependent on the interpretation of state law. Whether Gray’s knife was illegal remains to be determined.
Carrying a knife should not be illegal. Just like selling loose cigarettes shouldn’t be illegal.
I agree. Also charging these cops with 2nd degree murder is a huge stretch, but cops arrest people with extra charges all the time. Maybe if they didn’t do that I would feel sorry for them.
what a load of crap.
You saw how cops interpret, we all know cops will arrest people on bogus charges.
How about you refer to Grey case instead of your little rant about putting down cops and adding to the rhetoric which helps nuts to kill cops and people lost their life .
Yea cause all cops do it and the cop who just died must have done it and then if he did not you might feel sorry for cops.
what utter B/S
A cop just died yesterday, he was shot in the face and then Obama made sick comments blaming cops , you are not better with crap you posted.
You think cops don’t murder people. They have and they do at times. And when they do they should be held accountable. I am not a boot licker but OTOH, I won’t give them a free pass either. They are citizens just like you and me and we all have our jobs to do, but , we all have our work place rules that need to be followed. If we lied and falsified reports we wouldn’t last too long in our jobs, why should cops get a free pass.
He probably had a pocket folder about like I carry every day. Shouldnt be illegal. 2A.
Police officers do not make the laws, they enforce the laws.
That might be the case IF the Thug in question was NOT a convicted Felon.
Being a felon does not preclude one from carrying a legal knife.
I was reading and about to agree with small parts of it until I got to the name calling bootlicker part and now you’ve lost all credibility Using the term which the occupy movement or the WTO makes you more in tune with them and their view over this.
Many times the police do not even know the law. Ask 5 cops a legal question and most times you will get 5 totally different answers.
You may want to reread my statement. I said I was not a bootlicker, I was not implying you or anyone anyone else was.
Like any profession there are good and bad, whether that is in the construction trade, plumbers, cops, foremen, accountants, infact elected officials are about the only profession where the majority are lowlifes
I should have been more specific in saying I am not a bootlicker or a cop hater. And lately I no longer give them the benefit of doubt when we almost daily read articles about lies and deceit in their reports.
