The hero cop who was shot in the face by an ex-con died Monday after a two day struggle to stay alive, sources said.
Officer Brian Moore’s death at Queens General Hospital plunged the NYPD into grief.

Jmar: I don't think it's quite fair to call it a "Black War of Police." Huge numbers of black people --- including, of course, Black police officers --- would take strong exception.
More accurate by far to call it a "Thugs' War on Police."

Yeah I don’t know how these guys resist bashing his face in. And you know he is daring them as well. I was just reading a 16 year old black kid was killed in a drive by shooting in the Bronx. Let’s see how many people riot and loot and protest about that. Let’s see if Obama or Sharpton say anything about that.
