Local news here in soviet Red Hampshire referred to the conference as ‘anti-Islam’...the ‘news’ bimbo used that phrase several times during her report. No agenda here...no, sir.

We should hold a shooting event with the picture of pedophile prophet. I don’t think too many of these converts will show up to play.

Like 'anti-Death cult', 'anti-Satanic religion', etc...

The last time I checked, the Dallas PD issued the Sig P226R 9mm with DAK trigger, but that was maybe 5 years ago. Officers hired before 2001 were allowed to carry Glocks. It will be interesting to know.

Although I agree with your statement; we both know what the intent of the media was in this case.

As the gunmen got out of their car with their weapons, one police officer - a tenured traffic cop - shot both men dead, Garland Police officer Joe Harn said at a press conference on Monday. Well done, sir!

I was under the impression that injured police officer was from Garland, but Dallas PD sure is not ruled out due to the fact he may have been working off duty as security for the event.

The story I have is the injured good guy, Bruce Joiner, was a Garland ISD security guard (unarmed) and the police officer that took down both attackers was a tenured traffic cop with Garland PD. In speculating on the pistol used, I'm making the assumption that Garland and Dallas PD coordinate their choice of duty sidearm issued to officers, but that could be wrong.

“I want to know his tool of choice.”
Me too, I’d like to know if he used his service pistol, or was “expecting trouble” and had his 12 gauge ready, or possibly an AR.

As the gunmen got out of their car with their weapons, one police officer - a tenured traffic cop - shot both men dead, Garland Police officer Joe Harn said at a press conference on Monday. The officer used his service pistol to shoot the men, who were carrying assault weapons. Pistol v. AR, and the pistol wins in the hands of a "tenured traffic cop". I am more than a little interested in that cop's resume. Did he really learn to shoot under pressure at the local range, or does his past include special forces? I don't want him identified in public, since the thugs would go after his wife and kids, but it seems likely that his training was outside the police academy.

Will Loretta Lynch launch an investigation into whether the officer violated the civil rights of the two Muslim would-be attackers?

“Being offended” is just an excuse to act the way they want to act anyway.
Just like Islam itself is such a hit with the prison population because it gives religious sanction to criminal thought and behavior.
