Over the past several months, Mediaite has produced a handful of posts asking the question: Where is Fox’s The Five co-host Bob Beckel? ...
In our first report, we noted that Fox told us Beckel was out receiving and recovering from back surgery. However, our own sources at the network indicated there was more to the story, including possible addiction (as cable watchers know well, Beckel is open about his drug history). And now Fox confirms that there is, indeed, an addiction therapy element to the story after all.

Many people hate Bob Beckel. I think he provides a valuable service. He shows everyone how vapid and idiotic liberalism really is.

While I despise his politics, I pray for his freedom from addiction and hope that he sees the wrongs of his ways.
Should’ve done an intervention right there on The Five.
I can sympathize with people that get addicted to pain medication due to back problems. This is the same thing that happened to Rush. You are in a tremendous amount of pain everytime you move with back problems. These drugs (oxy and hydra codone, etc...) are very powerful and highly addictive.
With all of that said, Beckel is still a jackass....
As bad as Beckel is, I still prefer him over that idiot Juan Williams.
He’s yet to see anything wrong with any of his ways.....
I’m sure Fat Bob will apologize to Rush for all the nasty drug-related references he’s made about him.
