CONFIRMED: Court records show Freddie Gray was receiving a structured settlement from Allstate Insurance and attempted to convert it into one lump sum in early March
EXCLUSIVE: The Fourth Estate has learned that Freddy Grays life-ending injuries to his spine may have possibly been the result of spinal and neck surgery that he allegedly received a week before he was arrested, not from rough excessively rough treatment or abuse from police.
The Fourth Estate has contacted sources who allege that Freddy Gray received spinal and neck surgery a week before we was arrested, and was allegedly receiving a large structured settlement from Allstate Insurance. The surgery is allegedly related to a car accident in which Gray was involved.
Sources allege that Gray also attempted to refinance his structured settlement into one lump sum payment through Peachtree Funding.
If this is true, then it is possible that Grays spinal injury resulting from his encounter with the Baltimore Police was not the result of rough-handling or abuse, but rather a freak accident that occurred when Gray should have been at home resting, not selling drugs.

Because he was walking around for a week with a severed spinal cord.
Really depends on what he had done...........
I was at a friend’s house once and answered the door when somebody knocked on it. The guy had his head all bandaged up from his brain surgery that morning.
Had to wear mine for five months, I had a rough time just getting out of bed in the morning, so how was guy out selling drugs and running from the cops?
OK, thank you for the correction.
But, even still, why was he out and about with a spinal
And neck injury ?

Agreed. We do still live in a civilized country with laws and courts and judges.
No,I didn't think so.
Has this been confirmed by multiple sources or just this one?
Bingo, the truth is filtering out. Spinal surgery one week out and he is riding a bike. Where is the neck brace? Okay having had three neck surgeries, myself, i can say without the brace on I was not encouraged to do anything. The brace would be supportive. BUT, he was arrested and he was awaiting a trial in May for his last arrest. SO, was he arrested again for narcotics possession or delivery of cocaine or what. Having had neck surgery myself times 3 strong pain killers are prescribed - so in turn Gray was selling his prescription medication.
The Police did cause the lethal injury, Gray is held responsible for doing what he was not supposed to do - he basically threatened his own life and he caused his own death. Did the police know he had cervical neck surgery probably not. The issue of the spinal column separating is most likely Gray had a laminectomy of multiple vertebrae, (which is the removal of the the back portion of the vertebrae, there are only 7 vertebrae in the neck and the laminectomy usually removes 2 - 7). So his health was compromised and the police will be exonerated as he probably resisted arrest in that he would probably go to jail for a long time, as his 22 arrests in 7 years. This time he was going to go the State Pen.
I am just saying from the standpoint of having had 3 surgeries to the neck, I know how the neck is vulnerable. There are days yet I feel the pain yet no pain killers are taken. Turning the head is compromised, if I even lie down to watch TV with the head laying ear side on the pillow - the pressure builds and instant headache. I hope this helps some people understand how sensitive the neck area is and if the vertebrae were compromised to begin with, the person is at risk.
I am a white woman, but I try to be low key. I am a boss and I take extra care not to be a B!tch. I have plenty of Black friends over the years. I feel for the good people of Baltimore. 20 years ago I lived and worked in PG County. Loved going to Bawlmore. Loved the inner harbor, Camden Yards, the O’s and all the cool bars/ restaurants in that area. BUT! I am so grateful to God to be out West, I can’t even tell you!
First there was `Treyvon the Altar Boy’. Then we got the `Gentle Giant,’ and now it’s the `Thin-skulled Victim’.
Another Sharpton-Jackson `Cry Wolf’ production.
But like the musical `Chicago,’ only until the next MSM Li’l Miss Sunshine circus act comes along.

Welcome to in and out medical care.
I’m in the dark about that.
You’re adding in nonsense to the facts (something you do a lot)
