CONFIRMED: Court records show Freddie Gray was receiving a structured settlement from Allstate Insurance and attempted to convert it into one lump sum in early March

EXCLUSIVE: The Fourth Estate has learned that Freddy Gray’s life-ending injuries to his spine may have possibly been the result of spinal and neck surgery that he allegedly received a week before he was arrested, not from rough excessively rough treatment or abuse from police.
The Fourth Estate has contacted sources who allege that Freddy Gray received spinal and neck surgery a week before we was arrested, and was allegedly receiving a large structured settlement from Allstate Insurance. The surgery is allegedly related to a car accident in which Gray was involved.
Sources allege that Gray also attempted to refinance his structured settlement into one lump sum payment through Peachtree Funding.
If this is true, then it is possible that Gray’s spinal injury resulting from his encounter with the Baltimore Police was not the result of rough-handling or abuse, but rather a freak accident that occurred when Gray should have been at home resting, not selling drugs.

I read where the autopsy said the cord was 80% severed and a cervical vertebra was broken. Additioally, the report said the trachea was crushed. (I have only read that in one report). If Gray had surgery one week prior to the incident, a normal amount of restraint from the police could easily account for disruption of the surgically induced cervical fragment elevation to create this kind of injury to the spinal cord. I wonder why this was not made public earlier. At least prior to his burial. If true, it seems it would absolve the police.....there would be no way of knowing the surgery occurred 7 days prior to this takedown.
It may have, I don’t know as information on this is in short supply. As we learned in Ferguson, once the facts came out, it completely changed the narrative. I’m waiting a bit on this before I end up eating shoe leather.
Were drugs found on Gray or in his system? Why aren’t they releasing information about what actually happened? What was he charged with?

Pity.
If he was running (or biking) away from the police, he was probably taken down rather hard when they caught him. This might have turned a neck injury into a fatal injury. He’s stupid for doing it, but I don’t know that this exonerates the cops.
Wise move. The GodLike people are sort of notorious.
I’m starting to wonder if the Unseen Hand has started to realize it can’t control the monster it created so it’s trying to dial it back by floating this Intel.

I see that you don't use the word "allegedly" when saying that Freddie Gray wasn't retrained properly...but you do use the word allegedly when saying that he had spinal surgery.
Wait long enough, cold hard facts emerge.
Still, facts don’t matter to those with a nefarious agenda.
