Religious institutions could be at risk of losing their tax-exempt status due to their beliefs about marriage if the Supreme Court holds that gay couples have a constitutional right to wed, President Obama’s attorney acknowledged to the Supreme Court today. “It’s certainly going to be an issue,” Solicitor General Donald Verrilli replied when Justice Samuel Alito asked if schools that support the traditional definition of marriage would have to be treated like schools that once opposed interracial marriage. “I don’t deny that.”

The tax exempt thing has been used as a gag on churches for decades... frankly any church that is serious needs to give up its tax exempt status so it can speak freely!
Churches refusing to speak freely for fear for of losing their tax exempt status is part of the reason this nation has fallen as far as it has.

Most Americans Don’t Itemize on Their Tax Returns. I would say those that do will probably still donate. It would be up to the states regarding property tax.

The liberal-secular often allies with the Islamo-facist to attack Christianity while saying “we’re not really anti-religion, look, a Muslim theist agrees with me”.
A Supreme Court ruling that says “yes, same sex marriage is a right, and enforced by the state” does raise the risk of shutting down a lot of religious groups under “hate speech” rules.

The level of evil we see from Obama is not an accident. He has chosen pure evil, and we need to respond appropriately.
If that’s the case, then I wouldn’t feel bad being a criminal.
People either killed or driven from major cities by mass rioting will likely happen. The entire riot issue is a disease upon this nation. People seem to rise up against people bloodthirsty. Then there’s the interpretation of how baskets fall and cover whole cities in flame, as Zechariah warned about will happen (chapter 5). To me, that sounds as if nuclear war will happen in the future. Either way, as powerful as our government may be, there playing catch by throwing a bottle of gasoline back and forth over a line of fire...
Article 3, Section 2, second paragraph of the US Constitution:
“In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make. “
Congress can overturn ANY Supreme Court decision, and bar them from ever adjudicating the subject again.
If the SC rules gay marriage a right, Congress will have to correct the issue.
Or be replaced by the people.

The next step could be forced participation. That may be a bit of a stretch, and I know some may laugh at that, but did anyone anticipate it would go even THIS far, when they first came out of the closet? No one knows what will happen next, but nothing would surprise me.

Funny thing is that people who give money to their church there donations are still tax deductable.
