NEW YORK — Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton took a feminist tone on Thursday. She told attendees at the sixth annual Women in The World Summit that “deep-seated cultural codes, religious beliefs and structural biases have to be changed” for the sake of giving women access to “reproductive health care and safe childbirth.”
“Far too many women are denied access to reproductive health care and safe childbirth, and laws don’t count for much if they’re not enforced. Rights have to exist in practice — not just on paper,” Clinton said.

It’s all about winning votes in exchange for politically correct “rights” that the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect.
Change can happen to means or to mores.

“Reproductive health care”: another example of real-world Newspeak. As with all such words and phrases, it can denote what it sounds like or something else as suits the needs of the left. In this case it can mean anything from what the English phrase denotes (things like pap smears, ultrasounds during pregnancy, nutritional advice from a physician during pregnancy) to a hit-man (with an M.D. or a Pharm.D.) to do in a potentially inconvenient child, and anything inbetween as suits the needs of the left at any given moment (and can even change meaning after it was uttered or written, if need be).
So they have to perpetually RE EDUCATE their base -making sure Liberal voters feel they are exploited, cheated, underserved, etc.
THAT'S the only way anyone will pay attention to Liberal politicians. And it's why a whole new strata of minority ‘Americans’ is absolutely mana from heaven.
Who better than this totally NEW group to 'educate' into believing that they are not getting ‘their fair share’?
Could she possibly be addressing muslims who favor genital mutilation, or those Africans (I forget which tribe) who send women out into the bush to give birth alone?
No, I didn’t think so. That would require real chutzpah and passion for justice.
As with Obama and most (misnamed) “Progressives”... Hillary has the same somewhat different take on Exodus 20:3 -”You shall have no other gods before me.”
It is a vain chase bolstered by lies.
Even the word liberal is a lie... these are some of the most illiberal people to walk the planet.
