Sounds like an interesting trip. I, too, have been to Warm Springs. It was interesting. As is the story of him and the lover he had there. Can’t remember her name.
Andersonville had to be a hard one. Sort of like visiting Dachau in Germany, which I have visited. Broke my heart.

Oddly enough, I found Los Angeles to be a better city for eating than New York because the Asian cuisine was more authentic. I had trouble finding a bad meal in L.A.

Mr. RR and I have traveled many places around the world. We love Mexican food. The best we have ever found was in the little town of Benson, Arizona. “Mi Casa” is only open during the week.....no weekends. It’s small and a bit hard to find. Only seats about 26 people and there is usually a wait to get in. But it’s well worth the wait. Their “Tres Banderas” is my favorite.
