Hillary Clinton is planning to officially launch her US presidential campaign on Sunday while en route to Iowa, a source familiar with the campaign has confirmed to the Guardian.
The former secretary of state is scheduled to declare her second run for president on Twitter at noon eastern time on Sunday, the source told the Guardian, followed by a video and email announcement, then a series of conference calls mapping out a blitzkrieg tour beginning in Iowa and looking ahead to more early primary states.
Clinton’s Sunday schedule is booked beginning with takeoff from New York to Iowa, where speculation has centered for weeks that Clinton was focusing attention for an April campaign launch. Her scheduled calls are with advisers in other key battleground states

IIRC the only times she’s spoken since her UN Kabuki lie fest have been under tightly controlled rules with ‘supporters’ and journalists chosen in advance.
One wonders just who the hell is she going to see in Iowa? Will she deliver another kabuki crowd speech closed to outside scrutiny? How long does she think this will work? Until her campaign has outstripped the email controversy?
If I’m a reporter, or an opponent, or a voter for that matter, the only thing she’d hear from me is “What about the SERVER?” “Where are the emails?”

The games have just begun. We have at least one outstandimg candidate on our side and a few that are better than average. We have 8 years of dear leader who is more popular in Iran and Cuba than he is at home. And we’re up against who? Cankles? America’s Ex-Wife? A shrill, tedious old woman who is announcing from Broom-Broom One because she probably couldn’t fill a hall for her candidacy announcement?
I like the odds.

Not to mention that our side is blessed to have one of the finest candidates we’ve had in my lifetime. The first time in over 30 years there has been a candidate I’ll be able to campaign FOR rather than think that I’m lining up like a fool to pick the lesser evil.
One minor point of correction, though. Witches don’t fade, they melt.
Couldn’t she tell everyone by just sending out a mass email?
