STROUDSBURG, Pa. — A Pennsylvania woman said she was attacked, after urging a group of teens to be quiet during a movie.
Cindy Santamaria-Williams, of Stroudsburg, said the three girls were loud and cursing, so she “shushed” them.
After the movie, the girls were waiting for her outside with five other teens. Santamaria-Williams suffered a broken eye socket and bruises during the attack.
"They immediately jumped on me and knocked me to the ground, punched me in the face," she said.
She said she hopes someone will come forward to help police catch the young suspects.
“They were in my face. Their face is in my head. If I see them again or in a line up, I know exactly who they are," Santamaria-Williams said.
Investigators said the teens will face assault charges.

The secret is .. you can go out and get a snack (as an excuse), and then REPORT IT TO THE MANAGER.
Let the manager deal with it. After all, if these youths keep beating up his customers, he will be out of business.
People need to think long term - remind the Manager the teens are driving away the customers.
I don’t go to movie theaters any more.
Haven’t been in one in more than 10 years, except recently to see American Sniper.
People were/still are so rude in theaters and in public in general. During my one recent exception people were playing with their phones throughout the entire film, you could see the lights and hear the burbling sounds from the phones, they answered calls, slurping drinks, eating loudly, talking to others, etc. And I had a feeling this was a good crowd compared to how it would be in any other film.
Never again.
Pretty standard scenario.
Urban yutes behaving in an antisocial, rude, or destructive manner,
TRYING TO ELICIT A RESPONSE.
That response, then, is an excuse for a physical attack.
You see this pattern repeatedly in violence involving “urban youth”.
Don’t take the bait, folks. No good can come of it.
Even if you are armed and can take them out, then you’ve got a whole raft of other problems to deal with.
Garbage from Philly,South Jersey and New York has moved into NE PA and ruined a great part of the country!

Couldn’t be Amish. They don’t go to movies. Must have been those pesky Lithuanians again.
That's a really good idea. Mob mentality makes some folks do what they otherwise wouldn't dream of doing.
Mrs. Cport and I were so glad they re-opened the drive-in in Ocala. They show two first run movies at half the price, and we can load up the kids in the van, pick up a $5 Little Caesars pizza, some Big Gulps and candy, pop some pop corn and we are set. No problematic noises or behavior (except maybe the kids, but I don’t fear shushing retribution from them), and with the sound being transmitted to the car radio, it sounds much better than before.
I think that there may be a resurgence in drive in movie theaters if this keeps up. The liberals would go nuts knowing that feral yute activities could create a new niche market and promote small business.
Girls are just as thuggish as the guys these days.
I don’t even need to look at the pictures to know what is going on here.
There’s a FIREARMS PROHIBITED sign posted in this theater. Just sayin..
...and folks wonder why their kids get shot the F up!
Actually, she did go to the manager.
She got a black eye and broken eye socket, plus other scrapes etc.
This was on Easter Sunday.
When blowback comes, they are not going to be ready, and they will fall back on their only other strategy, the Race Card.
Or any place else.
So, she reported it .. and THEN WHAT DID SHE DO ..??
Did she move to another part of the theater - or demand her money back and leave ..??
And .. if the Manager did not do anything - perhaps it means you have to go online and find out WHO OWNS THE THEATER. Contact them.
Next, if that doesn’t work - how about protesting in front of the “owners” office ..??
There’s more than one way to skin a cat .. and you don’t have to get beat up to do it.

I would favor life without parole for those predators. The Amish should not be tolerated when they attack the innocent.
