Most ghetto culture Blacks are utter cowards, and will almost never fight unless there is almost no chance of getting hit themselves. If they see someone down and/or tied up grappling, that's when they run in to get a few head stomps or other shots in... then they run off until they see the next opportunity.
When blowback comes, they are not going to be ready, and they will fall back on their only other strategy, the Race Card.
