And that’s why it isn’t any sort of earthshaking decision. Since there was no harm in evidence (yet), The plaintiffs had no standing. W/O Standing, there could be no case.l Dems be the rules.
I hold the so called supreme court in contempt. What a joke they have become. They have been bought off or blackmailed into servile submission.
Even if what you say/think is true, that doesn’t make them irrelevant. In reality they’re very damned relevant.

Well, the court was right to dismiss for lack of standing.
But IPAB is SO blatantly, floridly, OBVIOUSLY unconstitutional that I can only believe the authors of Obamacare believed that by 2017 their creation would have collapsed and been replaced by full-on nationalization.
I also thought that was the plan
higher food prices, higher clothing prices, higher fuel prices because of regulations on trucking based on ‘carbon footprint’ higher electricity prices, on and on it goes- they have been sneaking in ‘carbon footprint’ taxes via carbon regulations for awhile now, and we are seeing prices skyrocket lately- for EVERYTHING practically- thanks to government regulations and demands for epa compliance etc-
You think they thought a republican presidency would have nationalized healthcare to keep his ‘legacy’ alive?
I suppose the argument could be made that the left truly believed the right would be too scared to touch ocare after so many people were getting it ‘free’ and would have to ‘fix’ it in 2017- but not do away with it out of fear-
No, the next Republican administration will nationalize healthcare because events have left them with no other choice which would be acceptable to them or to their paymasters.

My husband’s power plant is going bankrupt because they cannot pay their carbon emissions fee. They laid off 25% of the workforce, but still can’t pay it. They will just limp along until it is overdue and then declare bankruptcy.
