Well, the court was right to dismiss for lack of standing.

But IPAB is SO blatantly, floridly, OBVIOUSLY unconstitutional that I can only believe the authors of Obamacare believed that by 2017 their creation would have collapsed and been replaced by full-on nationalization.

You think they thought a republican presidency would have nationalized healthcare to keep his ‘legacy’ alive?

I suppose the argument could be made that the left truly believed the right would be too scared to touch ocare after so many people were getting it ‘free’ and would have to ‘fix’ it in 2017- but not do away with it out of fear-
