Marc Wabafiyebazu, 15, and Jean Wabafiyebazu, 17. Jean Wabafiyebazu was killed when he went into a house to buy marijuana on Monday, March 30, 2015.

Bunch of hosers, eh?

Regarding the drug dealer Mr. Rodriguez, although he was engaged in a criminal activity, isn't he allowed to defend himself against robbers?

In the State of Washington you can shoot someone that is going to commit a felony against you or anyone else if you are in a place that you are lawfully allowed to be. I wonder if that could be used to claim that the drug dealer defending himself was not lawfully allowed to be in his home with two pounds of pot?

And this guy is the son of the Canadian Consul to Florida? Do they have them in all fifty states? And who gets North Dakota?

Canadian Consul General to Florida lives in Miami?

Guess when it was a choice between living in the capitol city of Tallahassee or Miami, Dube´ became a Don'tbe´.

If you are engaged in the commission of a crime, and someone is killed as part of that, then you are held responsible.

Similar to going to a bar, kicking over several bikes, and then claiming self-defense when you are attacked.

Rodriguez is allowed to use deadly force to defend his life, not his contraband.

The youths moved here in February.

I find it hard to believe that they "never had problems" and then, 50 or 60 days after moving to Miami just randomly decided to rob a drugdealer at gunpoint while driving a consular car.

Looks like the Canadian foreign ministry didn't do very well background checking.

My favorite will be the Canadians who, instead of being embarrassed that their diplomatic service sent two violent felons to our country, will protest if the surviving thug gets life.

Like many other personal disasters, the idea probably made perfect sense until it ran into reality.

His 15-year-old brother…  is potentially facing the death penalty.

No, he is not.

"the Supreme Court invalidated the death penalty for all juvenile offenders"

Good looking kids, everything going for them, and they want to be gangbangers. It makes no sense at all.

The drug dealer’s name is given as Joshua Wright.

Mr. Rodriguez was “a fourth man” - probably another perp from the looks of it.
