Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker told a private dinner of New Hampshire Republicans this month that he backed the idea of allowing undocumented immigrants to stay in the country and to eventually become eligible for citizenship, a position at odds with his previous public statements on the matter.

This won’t get any play on the major tv news media going with anonymous source(s), unless the source(s) wants to come forward to be interviewed, or there is some recording of it.
I want to read the transcript before I make a decision.
Well, he must have a time machine because there has been a response, which cleared up nothing.
Walker campaign spokeswoman Kirsten Kukowski did not respond to Epsteins account directly except to say that the governor has repeatedly said that President Obamas unconstitutional executive action and the collateral damage it has had on his fellow governors has made it evident that border security must be the top priority before we can have a conversation about anything else, and a spokeswoman for his 527 group, Our American Revival, did not immediately return a request for comment.
Walker's Flip-Flop-Flip on Amnesty?
Playing around with Obama's executive amnesty, but saying nothing about eventual paths to citizenship. It's simple enough to clarify one's position on paths to citizenship and amnesty, but the Walker campaign is clarifying nothing.
lol
How about the enforcement and faithful execution of existing Law? If the quote is from the horses mouth, Walker has already indicated he’s not fit for the position of President.
Only Cruz, so far, that I currently know, hasn’t bent over to kiss the asses of the CoC and their Hispanic slaves; or showed We the People are to be treated like the red-headed step-child over the CRIMINAL invaders.
Honestly, what is to be done with them? Im curious.
Depends on WHAT you mean by law abiding.?.
-OR- ILLEGAL... or a number of other words..
This is bullshit.
Responding in detail to ‘anonymous sources’ or article writers like Esptein is kinda stupid.
Every time anonymous source(s) that blows to make a presidential candidate jump would make the candidate their puppet.
I want to see if Jeb’s paws are on this first before I bang Walker. If Walker is playing games with this issue he’s going to find himself in the same position that Rick Perry found himself in.....finished before he started.
I think I’m wait to get a few details before I form any judgments.. I like this guy in real time by what he has accomplished in his current job..
I haven’t seen any details other than the headlines, and that isn’t enough for me.. If he has a major position I don’t agree with I will weigh my options..
Rick Perry, in safely Republican and "conservative" Texas, happily signed in-state tuition for illegal aliens into law, said those who oppose it "don't have a heart" when he ran for President, and STILL continues to defend it today (even with all the news about illegal alien minors who came here on their OWN so there's no "their parents brought them here through no fault of their own" excuse). His fan club here supported him tooth and nail and argued in-state tuition for illegals is a GOOD thing and a bunch of other states are doin' it too so Perry was wise to go along with it.
Scott Walker, in Democrat entrenched Wisconsin and battling a bunch of liberal legislators, made it a priority to STOP funding in-state tuition for illegal aliens once he took office, and was successful in slashing funding. He has never waived from this issue and has always opposed handouts for illegals. If he had "flip-flopped" from being "pro-illegal", then he would have pulled a Rick Perry and happily supported rewarding illegals when he took office.
The difference is clear as night and day.
Where oh where did all the Walkerbots go all of sudden. LOL!
Ive been reporting on Walker’s pro-amnesty history for a year.
I dont know about this story though.
There was a story about the GOP Chairman(former) claiming Cruz was banned from NH GOP. Probably one of Jeb’s team.
Also Scott Brown and Scott Walker have similar donors. They know they have to at least run as an anti-amnesty candidate to win the primary and general in NH.
And that’s why I said I would wait & see what Walker really said first before I blamed him....that was on the rest of my post, the part you left out.
Surprised you’re not gung ho for Cruz?
I think I’ll just sit back and let Walker crash and burn as I have suspected he would. He does not need my assistance. :-)
I like ‘em both.
Face it. Walker is a Chamber of Commerce kind of guy. With no DC voting record he can say all kinds of conservative stuff....in public.
Walker's toast. One has to suspect it's elitist types pretending to be constitutional conservatives still supporting him.
Or in the “DOG HOUSE”, where he just put himself.
