The latest revelations over Germanwings flight 4U9525 crash have turned the focus on the pilots, but the German budget carrier has so far refused to identify them.
One of the pilots was locked out of the cockpit moments before the crash, the data from the cockpit voice recorder has reportedly revealed, placing the pilots at the focal point of the investigation.
However, the company has refrained from disclosing the identity of the pilots.
According to the New York Times , data showed the pilot inside the cabin ignored the appeals of his colleague to open the cabin door. As time lapsed the pilot tried to smash the door but failed to get through -- all this happening during the ominous few minutes before the crash that killed 150 people.

Is he French? They all look gay to me.
I’m sure that was the procedure: whenever one of them leaves the cockpit, the other pilot locks the door until the pilot gives the “password” to let him in. The co-pilot was just waiting for the opportunity. I wonder how many other flights he’d been on where the pilot didn’t have a weak bladder.
“Per reports this morning, his breathing was ‘normal’ all the way to impact. “
The ultimate ‘normal’ breathing is when one is asleep or unconscious. My question is, was he taking deliberate steps that proved he was awake and thinking?
German national.
No, particularly since he was eerily calm during the 18 minute trip down. That’s unnerving to me. What the passengers experienced during that time is to horrible to contemplate.

During the presser they said he had to have been awake and deliberate. You don't just fall over and cause the plane to dive like that. You have to turn a knob and not just once, you have to do it over and over again so that was why they ruled out unconciousness.
He looks happy in both pics.
Rhineland but seems he was living with his parents in France.
Hopefully will know more as the day progresses.
1)It appears the co- pilot changed the direction of the plane when he was alone inside.
2) The pilot outside could open the door through a code by the door. But it appears to have been overridden by the person inside the cockpit.
Both things could only be done by a person who was conscious and deliberate.
