Speaker of the House says he received no information from Israel on nuclear talks as was suggested in 'Wall Street Journal' report.
House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) said Tuesday that he was "shocked" and "baffled" by a Wall Street Journal report published Tuesday morning that claimed Israel had spied on US nuclear talks with Iran, collecting information that was used to lobby him and his colleagues in Congress to drum up opposition to an emerging nuclear deal.
"I'm not sure what the information was, but I'm baffled by it," Boehner told reporters on Capitol Hill on Tuesday.
"No information [was] revealed to me whatsoever," he added.

That's my Congressman! Totally baffled. Atta boy, John.
Obama Admin is trying to turn the public against Israel.
Not going to work.
It just proves that Obama’s people are lying! ... :-) ...
If there were news that Boehner was not baffled about something, now that would be news.
I’d be shocked if the Israelis did not spy on the talks.
They said they weren’t spying on the USA, but they didn’t say they “were not” spying on Iran!
Wonder when we’ll hear when the Europeans and Russians were spying on the talks too? Or maybe they didn’t have to because they weren’t shut out of said talks like Israel was? Hmm.
Israel denies utterly false claims it spied on U.S.

Israel on Tuesday vehemently denied claims that it had spied on the U.S. during the Iranian negotiations, as reported earlier by The Wall Street Journal.
Official in the Prime Ministers Office called the allegations utterly false.
The State of Israel does not conduct espionage against the United States or Israels other allies. The false allegations are clearly intended to undermine the strong ties between the United States and Israel and the security and intelligence relationship we share, they said.
Defense Minister Moshe Yaalon said Israel had not received an official complaint from the American administration over such claims and that there is no way, and there was no way, that Israel spied on the Americans. That is seriously forbidden among every level of Israels policy leaders.
Israels security-intelligence relationship with the U.S. has suffered no harm, someone is just trying to stir conflict, Yaalon said. Its a shame that such winds are blowing into the clandestine channels in which we conduct this relationship.
Of course Israel is spying on Iran, whoop-de-doo, and if we are talking to them,
certainly that information will be found. Iran is their enemy.
This is a non-issue accept that Obama is acting treasonous by even talking to our Enemy.
[[Boehner ‘shocked’ and ‘baffled’ by report Israel spied on US talks with Iran]]
Well She couldn’;t rely on you to keep her informed about the talks now could she boener? Her life is at stake, and you’re ‘shocked’ she is doing what she needs to do in oprder to protect herself while our country and iran conspire against her? Really? I’m shocked you are still speaker
John is baffled by a lot of things.
Obama is working as hard as possible to destroy Israel.
It would be a scandal if Israel didn’t spy on the negotiations with Iran to destroy Israel.
I am shocked, shocked, that Israel is spying on Iran!
Ha! Of course Israel conducts espionage against the United States (and of course, the United States conducts espionage against Israel). Jonathan Pollard, anyone?
Countries spy on each other, even on their allies. It's just a fact of life.
I had the same idea... Shocked, I tell you, SHOCKED!
He’s the most petulant little child in a grown-up body I’ve ever seen in my life.
Well, DUH. The Mossad and Shin Bet will spy on anyone who threatens the safety or survival of Israel. And for the past 6 years, that includes the US.
This isn’t rocket science . . .
