ANDREWS AIR FORCE BASE, Md. – Britain’s Prince Charles and his wife, Camilla, arrived in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday for a three-day visit, during which they plan to visit cultural and educational sites before heading to Kentucky.
The royal couple landed at Andrews Air Force Base, where they shook hands with U.S. and British officials as they squinted in the setting sun and strong winds. Prince Charles wore a blue suit and Camilla had on a coat and dress that appeared to be ivory or dove gray.
The couple did not speak to assembled members of the news media and went directly to a reception at the home of British Ambassador Sir Peter Westmacott and his wife, Lady Susie Westmacott. There they headed to the embassy’s ornate living area, and were too busy shaking hands and chatting with Embassy staffers to take part in the hors d’oeuvres that were served.

I’ve never understood the extreme dislike for Camilla either. Maybe it’s because the MSM portrayed Diana as a doll-like saint and Camilla as the evil, unattractive one.
Unfortunately Diana was a sad case. Didn’t she try to push her stepmother down the stairs when she was a teen?
When it comes to Prince Charles, all I can say is “Long Live the Queen”!!!

I think Camilla looks lovely, age appropriate, supposedly has a great sense of humor (she needs it as a member of the royal family) and I think she handles Charles well and keeps him happy and content. She has earned her keep; it was Diana who was the unstable, emotionally unhappy and stunted woman that made Charles miserable.
He really tried with her but she was nuts. A delicate cutter who was a food binger (liked to throw it up after eating it). By the way, in psychological terms, a delicate cutter is one who likes to cut their arms up with delicate cuts, because they consider the pain from the cuts to somehow be preferable to the pain in their emotional lives. Diana was one sick puppy, a pretty one, but a sicko.
I thought Camilla was John Kerry in drag.
Charles always has the stupidest looks on his face in these pictures.
Yeah, they can have a great time discussing “climate change” and how they can bilk people out of money to fight this non-existent issue.

Too many freepers sound superficial talking about looks. Camilla was an immoral adulteress. Looks nothing to do with why we should disapprove of her.

I don’t condone the adultery Charles and Camilla engaged in during his marriage to the Princess of Wales. But I don’t buy into the Diana-as-saint hype, either.
Diana was quite manipulative, and knew how to get sympathetic press coverage. That famous photo of her running to embrace her sons was a set-up by her.
Then there was her interview with Martin Bashir. She promised her son William it wouldn’t be controversial, and then she aired all of her marital dirty laundry. The child was very upset; he was made miserable at school. But she obtained the sympathy she was looking for. I find that particularly disgusting.
