State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said Tuesday the agency is fairly certain that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton did not sign a separation statement upon her departure from Foggy Bottom.
We dont have record of it, Psaki admitted.
Can you put to rest the questions that you have not been able to answer to this point about former Secretary Clinton, whether she signed this separation form or not? asked The Associated Press Matt Lee.
Well, we have reviewed Secretary Clintons official personal file and administrative files and do not have any record of her signing any of the 0F-109, Psaki said.
Psaki added that they also could not find forms signed by Clintons predecessors Condoleezza Rice and Colin Powell either.
So, when you say that you do not have any record of her signing it, does that mean that there is no such document with her signature on it in the file? Lee followed up.
That we have found access to? Yes, Psaki said.

Or, alternatively, she did sign it. However, since it has incriminating info, there is now ‘no record’ of her signing it.
Hillary Clinton........Felon...just like Barack Hussein Obama!!! The human vermin of the world, criminals to their very core!!!
So, have her sign it now.
I wonder how many hours all of the lawyers for Hillary and the State Dept have spent arguing whether it would be better that it be found or better that it not be found - to get to this response.
I am curious as to how this will play out in the FOIA requests file recently, such as the ones Megyn Kelly claims to have filed in the past few days.
Rice & Powell may not have been required to sign the form. The policy might have been put in place subsequent to their tenures.
Well, it wasn't really a law. It was, you know, a suggestion.
It depends on what the meaning of "law" is.
They are twitter twats...
Slickness was apparently a family trait.
Now the truth is settin' you back on your heels
Goody! Goody!
And the regime is grindin' you up in its wheels
Goody! Goody!
Hurray and hallelujah
You had it comin' to ya
Goody! Goody! for you
Goody! Goody! for me
And now you know how it feels, you scoundrel, you!

Ah ...the race card double reverse!
Obama’s foreign policy team going into action, I see.
Translation: OK, maybe one democrat didn't sign it, but TWO Bushie Republicans didn't sign it either !!
SO WHO ALLOWED HILLARY TO WALK AWAY WITH ALL THOSE STATE DEPT RECORDS?
AND, WHO ALLOWED HILLARY TO WALK AWAY WITHOUT SIGNING THE PROPER FORM? Or, did somebody in the State Dept. get rid of the form? Because, if Hillary had signed the form, she would have committed perjury by saying she had turned over all the State Dept. information - and it was still on her computer. That’s LYING. And, I believe that is also a big FAT FELONY.
Does this mean that Hillary was allowed to have all that “foreign dignitary personal information” for herself so she and her husband could offer them pay to play?
This whole mess just stinks to high heaven.
It’s pretty clear that Evita leapfrogged a LOT of requirements in her ‘career’ path that no other person could have ignored, and still HAD a career.
Of course, that is nothing compared to what “O” and his tuna blew off in their meteoric ascent to the WH.
Petreus had to sign the form. It was used to charge him with a crime. If the head of CIA had to sign, I’m sure the head of State had to sign.
I’m sure Condoleesa Rice and Colin Powell had to sign too. We will see. If they can’t find their forms either, they need to ask Powell and Rice, who they gave the form to when they left.
All MSM "reporters" probably got up at 2 am today to start chasing the 2 Bushies about that.
I believe you are correct on the forms. Seems that this form was put in place after the others and before Hillary.
They didn’t say they didn’t sign the forms, they said they couldn’t find the forms.
This is ridiculous.
Are they going to argue that failing to sign under oath upon exit absolves her of document handling felonies, or does this just get added to her list of crimes?
