In four minutes, President Barack Obama gave his daughters a living history lesson on the civil rights movement.
Obama paid tribute Saturday to civil rights legends sung and unsung by leading a symbolic march across an Alabama bridge where throngs who protested their lack of voting rights 50 years ago were beaten by police on what is known as "Bloody Sunday."

What kind of lesson? Hate whitey?
Nobody’s listening anymore, barack.
Selma is a “living history” for his daughters?
Just what’s going on of such great big historical importance in Selma nowadays?
He obviously has no understanding of America, American history, American society, or the black experience in America.
He would be far better off studying how his Islamic or IslamoNazi tradition (try ISIS or Hamas or Moslem Brothers or AlQuaida or Hezbellah or “PA/PLO” or Iran!) might be instructive to his daughters, than trying to poach his way into some sort of falsified affiliation with America or the American black experience.
The left wing extremists need something symbolic to leverage the Mexicans with.
This ranks right up there with “Heros of Soviet Labor”.
They will have to scald Selma clean after this scum bag leaves town. He acts like his life was affected by what blacks went through in those days. This punk was living his muzzie life style with his commie whore mama who banged every body in sight. She had more boy friends than Obama has snorted lines of coke.
“Malia and Sasha, his teenage daughters, marched along with first lady Michelle Obama, her mother, Marian Robinson, and former President George W. Bush and his wife, Laura.”
That sure is an odd group.
I have never heard it called Bloody Sunday before today. That name was always (too me)1969 in Londonderry when 1 Para fired on rioters..
SSOTS.
Nothing surprises me about the Bushes anymore.
What ... he’s gonn’a let them experiance being pushed, punched, kicked, fire hosed and molested while crazed white people scream “GET OUT’A here, niggah”?
Well, it was originally. They hijacked it....like they do everything else.
What? If my ancestors hadn’t sold slaves to the slave-traders and ship masters, Selma would never had happened? That sort of lesson?
Never forget what white people did to you!
Now, let’s fly to California for lunch...
The racial grievance industry is thriving under Obama. Booker T. Washington said this:
“There is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs. There is a certain class of race-problem solvers who don’t want the patient to get well.”
Amazing how well this long-ago quote applies to today.
Horse crap. Pure manure.
“Never forget what white people did to you!”
That was pretty much it, except that they are still doing it to you through voter suppression. He’s a hateful bastard.
Thank goodness the royal heirs have escaped the cruel plight of their ancestors.
Can I ask a stupid question?
The president, Al Sharpton, and numerous liberals talk about how great progress has been made since the Civil Rights Movement, but that also there is still a long way to go.
My stupid question is: What exactly are we supposed to do; where do we go from here? Decades ago, strong civil rights and voting rights laws were passed. Policies such as affirmative action have been adopted by colleges and major employers such as government and major corporations.
Why exactly is there allegedly a long way to go in terms of equal rights for minorities?? Are civil rights laws not being enforced??? Is there still discrimination based on skin color or ethnicity??? Can they cite examples of these areas in which we still have a long way to go to achieve true equality???
What exactly is the unfinished business of the civil rights movement? Movement for homosexual marriage or other unrelated causes of the day??? Is that what these people are talking about???
