I want the public to see my email. I asked State to release them. They said they will review them for release as soon as possible.
Uhhh, State doesn’t have them. Only a fraction were turned over and others like Huma also used Clinton’s server and not the official emails. When do we get to see those? Oh a power disruption in Chapaqua wiped the servers. Yeah that’s the ticket.

Yawn. Personally, I think everyone should just give up on and ignore Clinton. She’s no more running than is Palin. Both cause undo and extreme distraction to otherwise potentially reasonable people. How about we instead focus on who might really be Democrat candidates in 2016? Elizabeth “I’m an Indian” Warren who fed off affirmative action to get where she’s at? Seems everyone is a non-starter (and afraid to cross Obama).
So that will be good for half a dozen or so.

There should be no delay in those mails getting released since no sensitive or classified info should be in there. State is scrub, scrub, scrubbing right now.
I would say the hard drive should be confiscated but since it’s been two days, the data off of that has surely been scrubbed.

(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.
