No, we don’t get all that cold, but we get wet. It’s been three years since we had snow here. It’s even been drier than normal.

Oh....another quiz.....Winter......we’ve sure had that.....let’s see what it says
“You Are A Bolivian Dung Weasel!”
I thought this was about Winter. I’ll try again.
“Can’t You Read? You Are A Bolivian Dung Weasel!”
That seems kind of harsh. One more try.
“You Are A Wimpy, Illiterate Bolivian Dung Weasel!”
Who are they calling illiterate? I’m very careful not to litter. Figures. Been one of those Winters.

I had heard that the Pacific Northwest was a lot like Germany rain-wise. We lived there and it rained a LOT! We never went anywhere without umbrellas.
Well, I had one. My hubby was “tough” and just got wet. LOL!

Here we just dodge the raindrops, but this winter there hasn’t been all that much rain to dodge.

My dear B-I-L who is on disability, has been shoveling non-stop. Thank God they have a snowblower, but sometimes it is not adequate and the only way to get it out of the way is shovel by hand.
The first thing you have to do is open up a path to the heating oil pipe for the next delivery.

I tried to get mom to move down here YEARS ago, but she thinks that Boston is the center of World Culture, and wouldn’t leave it for the world!
She thinks my sis is crazy for moving to Maine, because it’s a VERY long drive to Symphony Hall! hehehe

I’ve heard that about people from Boston! LOL!
I love that part of the country, but would never survive a winter there!

And, Although Boston is over 300 years old and has a lot of history,
St. Augustine is over 500 years old so it has even more! LOL!
