The Starbucks (SBUX) CEO called out former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani for questioning President Obama's "love" for his country.
"As an American, I find Rudy Giuliani's vicious comments about President Obama 'not loving America' to be profoundly offensive to both the President and the Office," Schultz said in a statement.
Giuliani caused a political stir this week with his remarks about Obama at a dinner event featuring Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, in a speech first reported by Politico. He said he didn't believe Obama "loves America."

Funny how all these highly offended people have no points to raise showing that obama does love this country. One is left to wonder why that is the case. Buehler? Anyone?
Dunkin Donut’s coffee is pretty good if you don’t need fancy.
again NOBODY is saying Guiliani is wrong or the conclusion is wrong.
Starbucks is just offended by the truth...
In Seattle there are some powerful, rich Jewish Democrats and Schultz is a part of this elite group that originally supported Hillary. Honestly I don’t get it.
Smart people who have been led astray.
instead of finding it offensive Mr. Shultz, tell us why you think Obama loves America? Be specific. Go on.....
Howard Schultz is an EXTREMIST LEFTIST living off the fat of the capitalist land. STFU, Howard. I despise your over-priced, overly strong, taste-challenged coffee.
The truth sometimes hurts.
I’ll even go to McDonalds if I have to.
My advice to Starbucks is to shut up and brew.
I usually felt compelled to buy something, Coffee or a other beverages. Now I will not feel guilty of I do not.
They just don’t want the truth spreading. Which calls for codeword “offended”, which tells people “this topic is closed, off limits.”
And that often happens when someone tells the truth about them.
Same here...I have a gift card for Starbucks. There is one right across the street from me. I think I will buy what I can with it, then chunk in the the trash as I walk out.
I guess Obama calling President GW Bush unpatriotic was just fine with this asshat
I never quite understood the Starbucks business model.
They have taken an everyday item, coffee, and made it somehow into something which appeals to yuppies and trendy wealthier people. People who are willing to pay $6 for a simple cup of coffee. Somehow they have made coffee into some sort of gourmet item, and priced it accordingly.
I’m sure it all pencils out, and makes Starbucks a profitable company. And that’s capitalism 101, so that’s all good in that respect. I just never understood the appeal of why so many people are willing to pay so much money for coffee.
The truth sounds like hate speech to those who hate the truth.
Free speech for me but not for thee.
