"......The more significant development was Scott Walkers semi-public confab with the leading lights, such as they are, of supply-side economics. Last night, the Wisconsin governor attended a dinner in New York hosted by Stephen Moore, Arthur Laffer, and Lawrence Kudlow. This is a strong indication of the policy leanings of a candidate who probably stands as strong a chance as anybody of capturing the nomination.
The backdrop to Walkers meeting is that the Republican Party is undergoing the first serious effort to alter its domestic policy in a quarter century.......
This has left a gaping void for a Republican candidate to defend the partys traditional (and still-reigning) dogma. Plenty of candidates can and will do that Bobby Jindal, Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, Rick Perry but Walker is the candidate with the strongest standing. A twice-elected blue state governor who smashed his states public employee unions, Walker has mainstream electoral plausibility. Walker is also an ideal candidate to carry the banner of traditional Republicanism, having been married on Ronald Reagans birthday, and celebrating the occasion annually with a meal of the Gippers favorite foods, like macaroni-and-cheese casserole and red, white, and blue jelly beans.
The supply-side ideology of Moore, Kudlow, and Laffer is a form of Reagan cultism. Supply-siders consider Reagans tax cuts a towering achievement, responsible for all the positive events (and none of the negative events) that have followed. They believe that cutting the top tax rate always ushers in massive prosperity, and that raising it dooms the economy to stagnation..."

- Hillary Clinton: Don't let anybody tell you that corporations and businesses created jobs.
The Liberals are REALLY scared of Walker!
That's a great economic team.
Come on, Scott. Show us all your cards on Illegal Immigration / Amnesty so we can determine whether you join Ted Cruz in the "Acceptably Conservative" ranks.
Hahaha, Walker has those tards at the rag on the run. Sometimes your (their) worst nightmare can really come true.
...????...I don't remember having teachers lead children in song about Reagan
It’s scary to them because of this reality -
if a person or persons aren’t running everything,
Who or What is?
Ooooh, wow, “Voodoo Economics,” they must be desperate going that far back!
Ronald Reagan. Mmm, mmm, mm!
Bump Bump Bump
“The supply-side ideology of Moore, Kudlow, and Laffer is a form of Reagan cultism.”
“Cultism” says the Marxist
SS Economics has worked everywhere in the world it has been tried!
The article is a shining example of straw man sophistry. He doesn’t even attempt to describe supply side accurately.
Now he need to pull LTG Boykin & LTG Mixon on as military advisers.
So out come the long knives, but not surprising coming from the snooty and provincial New Yorker.
.....When Obama took office, Kudlow repeatedly claimed that his anti-capitalist policies would bring ruin. He proclaimed that the fate of the stock market depended on Congress blocking the passage of Obamacare. In fact, the stock market has increased by two thirds since the passage of Obamacare:
ROTFLMAO!!! Good one.....
Might ask, “How’s your circulation ?”
The liberals will trash any perceived candidate from the right—so there’s no reason to try to appease them with whom we pick.
Doubling the national debt in six years to achieve the lamest of economic recoveries - I suppose THAT’S so much better in this idiot’s eyes.
Between Scott Walker, “Jobs for Jihadis”, and this article the fools have begun to publicly identify themselves as such.
Here’s your sign. Now hold it up on national tv and make sure everyone sees it. Parade it! Be proud! Declare your idiocy far and wide!
