A few ol’ boys should pay the “judge” a visit, explain to him the error of his ways, and then escort him out of town on a fence rail after applying liberal amounts of tar and feathers to his person.

We have two countries today.

It is not north or south, nor is it city or country to an extent. It is those who love the USA, love what made the country great, love traditions , manners, respect, rule of law and there is those who want a very liberal , homosexual, cross dressing, bordering on communism.
For anyone thinking this is about marriage still then I suggest they wake the hell up because these perverts could have gone to MA . The next one will be have all states then teach it to 5th graders.

Tell me about the concept of federalism - as espoused by the Founding Fathers - one more time.

Once again you have Federal BRT’s (Black Robed Thugs) overriding the will of the people of Alabama.

I wish their state governor or the A/G or someone would send the Alabama National Guard out to the courthouses to arrest any damn fool that issues a marriage license to queers in violation of State Law.

And arrest them federal thugs as well.

Where does a federal judge get such power?

The county probate judges should simply refuse and point out to her that she has no such power.

If the illegitimate “president” wants to send in federal troops to enforce queer marriage on a population which has repeatedly turned it down, let him. The whole world will then see that he uses deadly force to impose his sick, deviant brand of sexuality on the rest of us.

Free societies have the right to order their societies as they see fit. A few deranged, perfumed agents of a diseased central government should not be able to alter that.

With this the Legislature should hold an emergency session and repeal All Laws regarding the issuance of Marriage Licenses in the State.

I’m sorry, your honor, but like you, I am unable to write laws in the state of Alabama. You are more than welcome to address your concerns to the state legislature through your local representative, who will of course take all appropriate action as a member of the legislature who writes the laws. Any attempt to compel me to take actions for which there are no current laws written to handle will be ignored, and any punitive action will be fought aggressively in court, including the constitutional questions as to exactly who writes and follows laws in the state of Alabama.

Tell the judge to screw and continue to refuse to issue marriage licenses to homosexual couples.

Is it worth going to jail? If a large number of them thought so, it would make a strong impression on the SCOTUS.

One thing that does get through the thick head of many judges is when there is a refusal to obey their dictates. For as with many tyrants, it is essential for them to have willing victims, or they are powerless.

No, they don’t have to issue marriage licenses to homosexuals. Obama set the precedent by refusing to implement DOMA.

Refuse to comply. No need for rifles, burning tires, or anything. Just REFUSE. They count on intimidation and bully bluffing.
Go about business as usual, and simply do not offer homo marriages.

States COULD all ban together and say “No federal government- We will NOT comply with your unconstitutional orders” and they could very easily defeat the federal judges on this issue IF they really wanted to- It’s been doen in the past when states banned together and resisted federal orders- but the sad thing is that NO state really wants to stop this unprecedented madness by the government because they don’t want to lose federal money- plain and simple- Our representatives are NOT willing to fight for our RIGHTS any longer!

I may get struck by lightening some day for saying this, but I do not consider a homosexual right to heterosexual type marriage to be a civil right.

If they wish to register as a couple, I’m not against it. I don’t want them to have to lose property when a death occurs, or be denied access to a sick partner.

I just believe that heterosexual marriage was a Christian based ritual, and Christians don’t buy into homosexuality.

This is like the boys demanding access to the girl’s rest room so they can gape at naked girls. They don’t belong there. Homosexuals should not be able to hijack a Christian ritual.

If they are going to go against thousands of years of religious teachings and beliefs, they shouldn’t have grounds to demand to participate in a Christian ritual.

I believe that God will judge homosexuals as well everybody else. Many non-homosexual people will be judged and found wanting, so I’m not here to claim heterosexual purity as it relates to sin. We all know that isn’t realistic.

It’s not for me to punish or make the lives of homosexuals miserable. I’m willing to leave them well enough alone to live a long and happy life. Just stay out of my face with issues like this.

Develop your own sectarian ritual, and leave Judeo Christian marriage out of it.

It’s the activism by these people that has caused the heterosexual community to object to their desires. If they would simply quit being blatantly offensive, nobody would go out of their way to give them trouble.

I have some people I know who are homosexuals. We socialize from time to time. I’d like to think of them as friends, because they are decent people. They may not think of me that way.

I don’t dislike homosexual people. I don’t agree with their life-style, but it isn’t for me to judge.

Leave kids out of it. Quit trying to proselytize them. When they grow up and have made a choice which way they want to go in life, then approach them.

What is going on today is evil. Our kids are under assault. It’s just not right.

Many homosexuals will agree. The movement to “educate” children about homosexuality early in life is wrong.

I don’t even want young kids approached on heterosexuality. I consider that child abuse, so this isn’t exactly homosexuality centric with regard to this.
