John Kerry has many titlessecretary of state, former senator, one-time Democratic candidate for president.
The globe-spanning diplomat can add one more: snow shoveling scofflaw. [ ]
On Thursday, (Boston) officials tagged Kerry with a $50 fine at 9:45 a.m. for failing to clear the snow from the side of his Beacon Hill mansion.
Kerry was in Saudi Arabia attending the funeral of King Abdullah with President Obama.

Didn’t he serve in Vietnam?
Did he tell the officials who fined him “Do you know who I am?”
LOL!
He could have claimed he should not be fined because he was in Rhode Island at the time.... worked for boat taxes, why not snow removal?
Perhaps his neighbors could move it back while he’s away, encase it in a solid block of ice, and when it melts, and when he notices, they could tell him to blame it on “global warming” freeing a rogue glacier that just happened to move the hydrant back to its original spot.
As for donating snow, there’s a youtube video a guy made a season or five ago. Some obnoxious woman did something while shoveling her car out, or took his hard earned cleared space, or maybe stole the shovel off his porch.
He managed to borrow a snow blower, and did a pretty good job of encasing her car the following night.
Isn’t this one of those shovel-ready jobs?
How embarrassing. Kerry should be very ashamed, Shame on you Kerry, Shame.
Rules are for us peasants.
So much for being a Winter Soldier.
Just a cozy bungalow.
Didn’t he have unpaid parking tickets he dealt with when running for POTUS? And he parked his yacht in another state to avoid the higher taxes he would owe in Mass. Seems he thinks the law is for thee but not for he.
Edicts about shoveling snow and fines have been a sore spot for me for decades. If someone gets hurt walking on the snowy surface, as God allowed it to become, they can’t sue because it’s an act of God. If the homeowner shovels the snow and someone gets hurt slipping on a leftover icy patch, the homeowner can be sued because they are responsible for the condition. IOW, they will fine you for not opening yourself up to a lawsuit - double indemnity ho!
Really? I never heard him mention it. Why, if he had I would have voted for him! (I’d die first!)
A little later they were discussing the worst excuses people came up with for being late to work and Steve Doocy said, "I was shoveling my sidewalk so I wouldn't have to pay the $50,000 fine."

He is rumored to have had a fire hydrant removed so he could park right in front of his house.
Endangering his neighbors for his own convenience.
Why didn’t Tereza get off her butt and shovel.
