from Duke Universitys chapel tower after all.
The university announced that it has reconsidered its decision to allow the call for prayer from the iconic tower on Fridays.
The reversal came a day after evangelist Franklin Graham posted a scathing criticism on Facebook asking donors not to give to Duke until the policy was changed.

“They are putting thousands of mosques in America.”
The mosques are simply roach motels, when the great cleansing arrives.
Apparently they have Hindu, Buddhist, and Jewish services there, too.
As an alumnus of Duke who donates generously every year, they wouldn’t see another dime from me if they had gone through with this. My experience at Duke (I attended graduate school there) was not just revelatory from an academic/professional standpoint, but the reason I hold my time there in such high esteem was that the place was grounded in the Methodist faith. Having that grand cathedral at the center of campus with a large and healthy congregation with sermons that weren’t watered down from Protestant tradition - that was an important part of my experience there and helped fill me out to be the man I am today. Every time I return to campus and walk by that cathedral, it re-centers me and reminds me who I am.
Having Muslim chants ringing out from that tower would’ve tainted and sullied the CHRISTIAN symbol that it rightly serves as. I’d never view the place in the same way again. Simply put, it’d never feel holy to me again. Is it too much to ask for us to have such things? Lord knows the followers of Islam don’t spare us an inch “over there.” But I guess it’s okay when you come to our home, and underlying it is a larger objective to stamp us out in any way possible.

Islam: The Awful Truth

Islam is violent and repressive, and its sacred texts are the heart of darkness at the center of the Islamic States inspiration and motivation, despite Barack Obamas assertions in September 10ths address to the nation that the Islamic State is not Islamic and that no religion condones the killing of innocents.
Violence is an integral part of Islamic doctrine, following the example set by its Prophet Mohammed, and in the name of Islam and Allah, Muslims have been murdering innocents, since 656 AD.
Six hundred years after Mohammed, one of Islams most respected scholars, Ibn Khuldan wrote Muqaddimah (Introduction to History), which explained: In the Muslim community, the holy war is religious duty, because of the universalism of the Muslim mission and [the obligation to] convert everybody to Islam either by persuasion or force.
Like most good Muslims, Khalduns inspiration came from The Verse of the Sword, Sura 9:5, revealed towards the end of Mohammeds life, as well as similar themes previous to Sura 9:
Sura 9:5__ ...kill the Mushrikun (unbelievers) wherever you find them ... But if they repent and perform As-Salat/ Iqamat-as-Salat [the Islamic ritual prayers], then leave their way free... Also Sura 9:33__ It is He [Allah] Who has sent His Messenger [Mohammed] with guidance and the religion of truth [Islam], to make it superior over all religions...
The Hindu Kush, seventy-five thousand square miles between Afghanistan and Pakistan, was populated by Hindus until approximately 1000 AD and the Muslim invasions. An estimated 60 million Hindus were murdered by Muslims over a thousand year reign, and Hindu Kush is the Muslim name for the region. It means Hindu Killer.
Now today, the majority of the Muslim community worldwide, including the U.S., does not completely frown on their holy warriors in the Islamic State, Al Qaeda, Jaamat e-Islami and any other terror group one cares to mention, for fear of being called heretics or apostates themselves. The murderous holy warriors are following a literal interpretation of Koranic scripture, without omissions, innovation or revision. By contrast, heretical views deviate from doctrine.
The 2013 PEW Poll of the Muslim World shows that the majority of Muslims, in several countries, support the death penalty for Muslims who leave Islam, including Malaysia (58%), Egypt (88%), Jordan (83%), Afghanistan (79%), Gaza and the West Bank (62%) and Pakistan (75%); in 2006, a poll for The Sunday Telegraph found 40% of British Muslims wanted Sharia Law in the UK and 20% supported the 7/7 bombers. And alarmingly, in 2011 nineteen percent of American Muslims stated they viewed Al Qaeda favorably, while a new poll shows 16% of the French population view the Islamic State favorably.
Are you beginning to see a pattern here?
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
To this day, Muslim s keep slaughtering Christians and burning their churches. Is a long tradition of the religion of peace. Remember the horrendous massacres of Otranto y Famagusta in the 15th and 16th centuries and the genocide of Armenians on the 20th century.
Apparently grasping the truth isn’t either.
This is the Muslim M.O. As a sign of conquest, they take control of Jewish or Christian holy sites and dedicate them to Allah. Examples include the mosque built over the remains of the Jerusalem temple, their attempt to build a mosque at ground zero after 9/11, and their recent prayer service at our National Chapel.
Now theyre going for university chapels.
Franklin Graham is showing a lost world how to speak confidently with moral clarity. We can all learn from him.
You nailed it--well done!
Good points.
I was flying in and out of the Middle East for years, and when I was in Islamic countries, it would wake me.
The movie "The Exorcist" opens with the Muslim call to prayer.

Personally, I think they had it right - it sounds evil and Satanic to me. Not "the most beautiful sound on earth" as our homosexual Muslim president said.
Isn’t the islamanazi call to prey only issued from a mosque? And that would be making a mosque out of the campus chapel?
The inmates are running the asylum.
The criminals are running the Department of Justice.
The morons are running academia.
It’s all becoming clear for those with eyes to see and ears to hear.
It is such a pity that the poor Muslims are so misunderstood!/s
Yes.
Poor Muslims.
Probably not a consecrated church, but an interdenominational chapel.
Right. Would Duke have agreed to ring the Angelus every day?
