God bless the owners and employees of Chick-fil-A, the franchise that was recently kicked off the campus of Duke University because they actually believe marriage is the union of a man and woman.

And people wonder why I’m excited for the Chick-fil-A opening this summer in my city.

It will be interesting to see if they get a flood of homeless now.

Classy people. We have a cruise nite every Tues at the Chick-Fil-A in Brooksville, FL, the people that work there are very polite and seem to truly enjoy working there.

No one wants a homeless guy off the street making their food.

Raytheon ran Chick-fil-A out of their facilities about two years ago.

I broke down and tried Chick-Fil A a couple weeks ago.
Honestly their chicken sandwich is nothing special. The bun is like a McDonalds crappy bun. I don’t know why people go crazy about the food.
I do appreciate their Christian bent, but I wasn’t impressed with the sandwich.

"The downtrodden man offered to work for a hot meal, but Meadows did him one better. He gave him a chicken sandwich and a pair of his own gloves. "I see nothing "Christian" about what Meadows did. Nothing.
The homeless man wanted to work for his meal, he wasn't asking for a handout. The man did not receive what he asked for.
Was that chicken sandwich worth an hour's pay? nope.
The homeless man is the one who did the Christian thing. Meadows acted like the government giving a handout.

This sort of thing is not all that unusual. My cousin owned a restaurant and would give homeless people free meals. One time, he gave a homeless guy a free dinner, but the guy complained that the meat had too much fat in it.

If all of America followed this example we would be a much better country.
