"In a press release dated Dec. 30 the HHS announced that a whopping 87% of people enrolled through Healthcare.gov (5.6 million people) between Nov. 15, 2014, and Dec. 15, 2014, were getting financial assistance, also known as a subsidy."

"...the 2014-2015 enrollment period for the Affordable Care Act, best known as Obamacare, is in the books, and the enrollment figures on the surface look very encouraging."

How could that number possibly look encouraging when the ACA scam is the law and 80% of America is still choosing to ignore it?

Low-income people who signed up and will find their expected tax refund reduced as a result will NOT be pleased. Maybe REALLY NOT pleased.

And the ObamaCare fine is now called a Shared Responsibility Payment" by the IRS.

Do not give the gummint all your information.

The local talk radio had a woman on the air last year who had started the sign up process on-line, but never completed it. She had filled in most of the website forms, and after numerous crashes, she gave up.

She received confirmation of her ObamaCare plan, and she told them to cancel because she found other insurance.

She found out it was impossible to cancel.

The low-income people who signed up thinking they would get FREE health care are not into “sharing” anything.

It’s so affordable that I can’t afford it. So I guess I will have to pay a penalty.
I wish O was expired.

I dont think they will not get a refund if they are low income.
I think they will get a etc credit, refund and their health care subsidy.

You need to check the regs. Too much to go into here, but if you haven’t contributed enough to your “plan,” the IRS will take it out of your return.

She found out it was impossible to cancel.

Not normally.

How to cancel an Obamacare health plan

You don't have to keep it until the end of the year

Go to the health insurance marketplace where you bought the plan and sign into your account. If you bought it through HealthCare.gov, log into “My Account,” go to “My Plans and Programs,” and select “End/Terminate All Coverage.”

You’ll need to pick a termination date that’s at least 14 days in the future, presumably to give the marketplace and your insurance company time to process your request. Needless to say, double-check when your new health plan starts so you don’t end up with a coverage gap.

If you bought through a marketplace run by an individual state, the termination option might look different than it does on HealthCare.gov. If you can’t find it at all, call the customer-service line instead.

I did have the number who have cancelled in my state but can't find it now.

If all else fails, just rent a PO box in another state and tell them you moved there. It will be cancelled pronto.

Yup.

And the blacked robed "justices" that upheld this are complicit in tyranny.

An immoral bull dyke (who actually helped write the law). A fat "wise Latina" with a chip on her shoulder. An atheist Communist feminist. An activist liberal. And "Judas" Roberts (who I am convinced was blackmailed).
