Low-income people who signed up and will find their expected tax refund reduced as a result will NOT be pleased. Maybe REALLY NOT pleased. And the ObamaCare fine is now called a Shared Responsibility Payment" by the IRS.

Wait till they find out that your fine (mine) will be based on the income of the ENTIRE house.
My parents are elderly so I moved in with them. I will have to have a copy of their tax return when I file mine.
And THAT will determine what I will be fined.
