I'd take Romney. He seems more like he is learning, understanding, and trying to be more conservative as the years go on. Bush on the other hand is floating ideas that seem far less conservative to me as the years go on.

You might wish to familiarize yourself bettween ‘hard leftist’ and RINO’. Hard leftists give their own cash to kill babies, force socialistic programs on unwilling voters, back euthanasia...things like that. I think you would agree. Or you’d be lying since those things are all hard left concepts.

Conservatives should not even consider these two, and go with the best conservative candidate. The rest is all in the messaging, the campaigning, and the sales and marketing pitch.
As for these two, neither are going to win the general unless a large number of democrats come to vote for them. That is not going to happen when there is already a liberal candidate with the "D" label.
