An accountant at a New York ad firm leaped to his death because he was hallucinating that the mannequins at his Manhattan office were chasing him, it was claimed today. David Caquais, 43, opened at window at Catch NY on the fourth floor of a building in Manhattan's Garment District and jumped out about 9pm on January 2. The New York Post reports that Mr Caquais screamed 'They're after me! They're after me!' as he ran around his office and attempted to kick out windows.

I like the colors on the one on the left.
DP has gone to Walmart, and I’m washing up. It’s supposed to rain tonight.

It looks as though most of that moisture will go north of you.
But when it lands here, it might land hard.

It’s been raining for two hours. Not really hard rain like we get in the summer, but still, it helps.
I’m going to watch two more episodes of Downton Abbey tonight, so I can send the DVD back to Netflix and get the next two episodes.
I’m about ready to throw this computer out the door. I can’t get past the firewall to download and install the programs I need, and instead, I’m supposed to accept what Microsoft wants me to have. I don’t know enough about the inner workings of the computer to bypass the firewall, but I’m willing to try almost anything.
This computer does me no good if I can’t access and update the documents I’ve been working on.

We're being threatened with a winter glop attack for Monday..
Actually they didn't phrase it that way. What they really said was:
..WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 4 PM
EST MONDAY...
* LOCATIONS...INTERIOR PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY...THE
LOWER HUDSON VALLEY...AND SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT.
* HAZARD TYPES...A MIX OF SNOW...SLEET...AND FREEZING RAIN.
* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF UP TO 1 INCH...ALONG WITH
UP TO A TENTH OF AN INCH OF ICE.

It sounds like you’re going to get dumped on, snowed in and insulted by the weatherman. (Not you, Bob.)

I think Bob just gets the wets. Unless he wanders to the wilds of Penn’s Woods Monday.
From a glance at the depiction of results from the radiodevice that operates by reflecting microwaves from clouds, my Sister in Ohio is getting the winterglop right now. Maybe I’ll check the trackside train cam at the Iron Triangle and see what’s up..
Of course, notalwaysAccurate Weather could just be faking it. But I will lift my wipers off the windshield tonight just in case they are accurate this time... ;-)

"I think Bob just gets the wets. Unless he wanders to the wilds of Penns Woods Monday." I went up there. I came back.
I brought some snow with me, in case I needed any.

Oy.
Obviously, Crusoe didn’t stay on vacation long enough.
How did he know what day of the week it was when he noticed his guest?
Insufficient rum, no doubt. Why is the rum all gone?

Roads didn’t have much traffic.
A surprise.
Usually in the hours leading up to sky crud, the roads are full of panicked herd drivers bleating and lowing.

"Roads didnt have much traffic. A surprise." On our trip back from Penn's woods yesterday, my wife jinxed us.
She said, "There isn't much traffic."
.
Thirty seconds later, we were surrounded. I pointed it out to her.
