Cars kill more people than guns. We need car control first. Next knives and blunt objects ... then guns .....

Fast and Furious was, among other things, an end run for gun control. This is how bad they want it. At the same time Holder was shipping weapons to the cartels, he was encouraging the Mexican government to file suit against gun manufacturers in US courts over those same weapons.

With just over two years left in the administration of President Barack Obama, and with his promise, some might view it as a threat, to use the powers of his office to make changes he believes are best to move the country towards the vision he and his supporters have for the future of America (that fundamental transformation he told us about), protecting Americans right to bear arms will be even more important as the Obama Presidency winds down. But, But But .... we have REPUBLICANS in charge of the House and Senate now! Surely John Boehner and Mitch McConnell will protect our rights --- won't they?!

Don’t worry we do. In GA anyway. This POS is not going to enact any kind of gun control through that arms treaty that the Senate will never ratify. What he may do is kick off CWII and who can say if that’s a bad thing.

And what about the muzzie terrorist in the country inside their safe houses? Will they also be required to turn in their guns?

People aren’t appreciating the depth of this. It’s a move to destroy the supply chain. Few guns are completely built in the USA (not a trivial number, but not as robust a supply as needed); plan on a practical end of non-domestic guns & supplies - and that means so far as “gunmetal”, specialized chemicals, anything they can regulate into oblivion to cripple domestic firearms sales.
They won’t come for your guns ... but they do intend to ensure you can’t buy, fix, or feed any more.

What should be the "killing" clause for the treaty...
Article 12
Record keeping
3. Each State Party is encouraged to include in those records: the quantity, value, model/type, authorized international transfers of conventional arms covered under Article 2 (1), conventional arms actually transferr ed, details of exporting State(s), importing State(s), transit and trans-shipment State(s), and end users, as appropriate.
4. Records shall be kept for a minimum of ten years.
Nothing about destroying those records after that time. Get it?
Make no mistake, we would never think about supporting a treaty that is inconsistent with the rights of Americans citizens to be able to exercise their guaranteed rights under our constitution. Secretary John Kerry
Think about it? Hell, you're trying to do it, your words notwithstanding! Or do you also think we're too stupid to understand that, John "Gruber" Kerry?

I must say that Gun Control is the one thing, the
One Thing that Ubama hasn't gotten what he has wanted.
In fact I think the Progressives have Lost ground on that issue, people aren't buying and Do Not like this Gun Control crap.
Now, the Progs never stop, that is why I think he will make a big play these final two years, because even with all these Tragedies involving guns, the libs haven't made any headway exploiting them.
Not yet.

The U.N. needs to be renamed what it is: The dictators club. Disarming peacable people that only want justice and freedom. Never going after armed thugs or arming them(ISIS). This all spelled out in the that ATT. THis is so they can implement Agenda 21 on this country and all the rest of the world.

While it violates the Second Amendment of U.S. Constitution and likely wont be ratified by the Senate and enacted into law in this country, it serves as a symbolic victory for the anti-gun politicians in Washington, D.C. It is a lot more than symbolic. There will be legal consequences upon signature.
