A Hamilton writer is recruiting people to buy tickets to comedian Bill Cosby's upcoming performance in the city so they can disrupt the show inside the theatre.
Anne Bokma said "the numbers are growing every day" of people planning to join her for a non-violent protest during Cosby's Jan. 9 show at Hamilton Place Theatre.
Bokma said she's been contacted through her website by both people who want to join her by buying $90 tickets, and people who have tickets to the show who don't want to go anymore and are unable to get refunds. They're giving Bokma their tickets so she can distribute them to people prepared to be part of the protest.
"There will be an interruption," she said. "Exactly what we’re doing and how many people, I can't tip my hand."

This is entering the second stage. A year from now, I expect Bill Cosby’s life to be very different than it has been until last November, when these allegations began. The rain just keeps pouring in.
I think two developments are occurring; I think there is some measure of Cosby guilt that must be admitted, and I also think there is a coordinated effort to destroy his credibility, by whom, I do not know. Maybe someone on Black Twitter. The easiest outcome will be for Bill to simply retreat to his Tudor Style mansion for the next couple of years. He may reemerge seven years from now, if health and vanity allow, with a new book and a new set of sweaters.

I don’t think he’ll ever admit to drugging women then having sex with them while they’re unconscious. Never happen.
Suppose a bunch of FReepers organized to purchase tickets to a Dem fundraiser, with the idea of FReeping it.
Would you question the legality of such a plan?

I guess not. Everyone who gets involved in this should have their food stamps cancelled. Not that I care about Cosby. But that I think that the legal process should run its course. I’m sick of @ssholes who have nothing better to do than protest things that might not even exist.
If I was writing this scandal as fiction, I would think;
I’m surprised three things haven’t happened yet;
#1. Claims of Paternity Suits,
#2. Claims that he or ‘a friend’ gave someone a little too much ‘medicine’, resulting in a permanent disability or lasting trauma.
#3. An Ex-husband to one of Cosby’s accusers steps forward, and claims that he received work contracts after ‘having his ex-wife meet Cosby for lunch”.
Code Pink does this all the time, and gets lots of free publicity for it.
I doubt he can handle that many more years of pounding. He already looks old for his age now (well past 80). It’s a damn shame, but he only has himself to blame. The façade he (and his enablers) spent a lifetime constructing has crumbled.
The accusation is drugging and raping women for 45 years, dozens of them, in different states and cities across America.
He has already settled out of court for one of those when 13 more Jane Does were willing to testify to his methods, do you think he is innocent of all accusations of rape, or guilty of at least one rape?
Or do you really believe that all of this is a grand conspiracy, which evidently involves the entire industry that is not coming forth to express their shock at the claims of a man that they knew behind the scenes for 45 years, and who knew his ways and reputation with females?
How can he just be doing his same humor like nothing has changed??

I believe Mr. Cosby has indeed committed some of these crimes. I do not think he believes he will actually have to bare his soul and admit it. Some of these crimes, Bill may not have even admitted or be able to remember himself.
We can convince ourselves of our own lies if we keep trying. Lie Detector machines are not as relied on as they used to be, because some people can learn to control their bodily responses.
Sometimes a ‘false memory’ (from the culprit) of what really happened comes into play. There may be some schizophrenia or bi-polar disassociation going on in this case. Bill will continue to say ‘that was not me’. This is far more damaging and tragic than what happened with Herman Cain. It’s like Herman Cain’s behavior times eight equals Cosby. If this is true.
So you think that he is a rapist.
Rapists don’t really need our sympathy and efforts to defend them.
Drugging someone and having sex is just such an abhorrent idea!?
It’s so bizarre that I find it hard to believe.... but with so many people making the same accusations I just don’t know?
If he did these things then he is seriously mentally ill ... I don’t see any other explanation.
And for goodness sake! what sort of twisted enjoyment could come from having sex with what is very much like a corpse????
