TEL AVIV – The Palestinian Authority received a pledge from the U.S. that by the end of 2014, the Obama administration will issue an official written declaration presenting general highlights of a future Palestinian state, a senior Palestinian negotiator told WND. The negotiator further said the goal is to have the general framework for a deal ironed out by April.
The current framework for an Israeli-Palestinian agreement being brokered by Secretary of State John Kerry calls for the phased implementation of more Palestinian sovereignty within three to five years, the negotiator said.
As part of the written declaration, the U.S. is set to officially recognize Palestinian rights in eastern sections of Jerusalem, without defining the exact territories that would be eventually handed to the PA.
The U.S. will declare on paper that the Jordan Valley territory is “occupied” by Israel and that Palestinians have rights there, the negotiator said.
Kerry is currently discussing a proposal in which Israel would lease some of the Jordan Valley from the PA so some Israeli communities in the area can stay, said the negotiator.
The written framework will also declare the West Bank “occupied,” according to the negotiator.
Besides a declaration on paper, Kerry continues to broker specifics of a final-status deal, the negotiator said.
WND previously reported that Kerry is asking for the international community to administer the holy sites in the eastern section of Jerusalem, while details are still being discussed about whether Palestinians will have some symbolic presence in the area.
WND in December was first to report Kerry’s plan calling for an international administrative mandate to control holy sites in eastern Jerusalem.

Oh heck no, too many blacks are muslims, and way, way, WAY too many of them wanted both to make history (first black President) and to fill their sacks full of government handouts. So they voted for Ovomit, threw rose petals at his feet, worshipped him like a god, and oh my goodness, now the thing is seeing that it IS some sort of imperial deity! Go figure!

Maybe a really good solution in our eyes, but not God’s; He’s given the Jews their land—Israel, and He is not going to suffer that they are taken off of it anymore, or out of it. Psalm 83 (God wipes out Arab countries surrounding Israel), and Ezekiel 38-39 (God wipes out all invading Arabs and Russians, knocks their weapons out of the sky, and cooks Russia down to a smoldering pulp).
Judging by the Jewish friends I have, most American Jews STILL SUPPORT HIM AND WOULD VOTE FOR HIM AGAIN IF THEY COULD!
Obama cannot give what is not his to give. Jerusalem belongs to Israel and God gave this to them. The arrogance in Obama's heart may cause him to think he can do this, and he may even get away with doing this on paper, but it will never stand. God will simply not allow the speck, that is Obama, to get away with this.

I believe it would take less than an hour for our military to decide to perform a coup, do it, and then dissolve Congress and hold reelections, eliminate all that BHO has done. Believe it or not, our country can experience a lot of healing in two years—IF the right decisions are made and put into place that prospered us and made us strong in times past.
Looks that way, doesn’t it? He’s used it for everything else, why not use his ExecutiveOrder Card to purchase Israel for the Philistinians?
