If Boehner Breaks Hastert Rule over CRomnibus, that Frees ALL Republicans to Support New Speaker

If Boehner breaks his oath to support and defend the constitution, that frees all Americans to support a new speaker.

How many more terrorists must be armed?

How many more with EV-68 and Ebola must be imported?

How many more coverups must America undergo by
nonAmericans like Obola and treasonous liars like Boehner?

They are already free to support a new Speaker but they likely will keep Boehner even if he endorses Hillary or something

Won’t make any difference. The R’s we just elected will still vote for Boehner. So depressing!

Boehner needs to go! We need to start a campaign now to get a primary challenger.

Nothing stops a majority of House members from electing a new speaker any time they damn well please.

Additionally I believe there is no requirement that the Speaker also be a member.

The point of removing Bonehead if this disaster of a bill passes wil be mute.
Bonehead would have done his damage and probably retire or
join Trent Lotts DC Lobbing firm.

Yet the bill will stand and nothing can be done about it.

Well done and coherent. Would have been improved by not using Arnold. His story ends up overshadowing the main point, that Boehner has not acted in the interests of the majority of his constituents.

Whether that is distressing to a majority of Republican House members is a very different and important matter. House members work with Boehner all the time and will tend to look at the totality of his actions and his actions as they help or hurt the individual member in question.

There will be some new members very soon, and things will hopefully get more interesting then. It won’t take too long to find out what if any effect the new members are likely to have.

I’ve said many times, Boner has been totally consistent. The problem is with those who think he’s something he is not and help keep him in power.

Agreed. Since John Boehner has proven himself to be a traitor to the Republican party by repudiating the Hastert Rule on more than one occasion, he must be removed from his Speakership.

But what if the anti-Boehner Republicans in the House are not willing to stand together to try to depose him and replace him with one of their own? Then the entire Republican House membership will be exposed as a corrupt group of snake-oil salesmen who deceived their voters into electing them on false pretenses.

But the fact that not a single House Republican has made the slightest effort to challenge John Boehner for the Speakership makes it appear that the House Republicans are, in fact, a group of frauds and traitors to their own constituents.
