” Boehner’s effort to fund the $1.1 trillion bill and amnesty is being backed by President Barack Obama,”

Judas goat.

I just voted for Bill Cassidy for senator. During the campaign, he was forever rightly pointing out that Landrieu voted with Obama 97% of the time, and that he was forever against amnesty. So today, he voted for the rule that allows the omnibus bill to come before the body, a vote WITH Obama and a vote FOR amnesty. I was going to email him a lay a good cussing on his sorry ass, but it is unavailable. I hope he enjoys his six years in the senate. He won’t get another term.

““apparently that is self-explanatory… there is more people in line than normal.””

There IS? I can see a big promotion and pay raise in her future.. Probably working as a White House staffer next.

I apologize for sounding like a downer; but haven’t we burned up phone lines, threatened, cajoled and taken other actions to get our reps to legislate as we have voted them to do? And each time they laugh in our faces for voting them in time after time that they crap on us. The all promised to defund Obamacare and amnesty and immediately they have turned around and done the opposite of what we demanded. Isn’t there something we can do besides call, email, march with signs, etc.? I’m asking because I have done all of the above things plus much more, and their disdain for us is more evident every day.

I’ve been out all day and haven’t even listened to Rush or Hannity or Levin today due to work...I can’t even translate the Drudge headline about Boehner...can in layman’s terms someone explain to me the status of voting for the budget funding and what is going on and next steps? Thank you in advance.

So let me guess, the voters are telling the GOP OVERWHELMINGLY not to pass any bill on immigration but they aren't listening and are now trying to pass it with Rat assistance?

Yep, we've been betrayed!

I’m shocked.

I thought the Republicans would have at least waited until Jan to break their campaign promises and s**t on us.

This is a new record. :)

Send a email to the GOP and ask to be taken off of their solicitation list because the Republican Party no longer represents your interests. We should flood them with requests to be removed. Over load their server. I think that the address that I used was ecampaign@gop.com

I admire Sean Hannity’s guts in taking on Boehner a few days ago. If other major conservative voices join in, it could really ratchet up the pressure on him.

Shut down the switchboard: isn’t that obsolete? No one has switchboards any more, do they?
