The woman at the center of the University of Virginia rape fraud has accused men of raping her in the past, Gotnews.com has learned.
A photo obtained by GotNews from the 2011 DC Slut Walk shows Jackie Coakley proudly displaying a sign suggesting yet another rape.
This alleged rape occurred before the events in the now retracted Rolling Stone story. Coakleys story has collapsed with friends and family giving conflicting accounts of her alleged sexual assault.
Are we really to believe that a mere 18 months later Coakley didnt know what to do after shed been raped a second time?
Reminds me of the story of the woman at a bus stop who yelled “Rape!” Several people started asking her, “Where did it happen? When?” She smiled and said, “Oh, it was in another city ten years ago, but I like to talk about it.”
That sign tells me a lot.
Something happened.
She drank too much. She flirted. And the guy doesn’t know he’s a rapist. To me, this adds up to....she wasn’t raped.
But, her boyfriend got mad, spit in her face and called her a slut. Her friends gave her dirty looks and called her trash.
Solution....she simply decided that she had been raped. Because these days, that’s all it takes.
A commonly held opinion on FR, and one that I share. However, American prosecutors seem to disagree strongly with us.
When I last checked, the average sentence for a rape conviction was about eight years, with average actual time served for a rape conviction at just over five years.
I have never seen a well-sourced number for average sentence for conviction for false rape allegation. In news articles I have read, the sentences have almost all been under two years, usually under one year, long on community service and psychological therapy, short on prison time.
Let's not forget what (never) happened to Crystal Gail Mangum, who falsely accused the Duke lacrosse players of raping her. The case against her was open and shut, but prosecutors refused to charge her. Had already she been in prison for her crime, she wouldn't have been able to murder her boyfriend.
In America, false rape allegation is not treated as a serious crime.
I think they wrote the last track on "Goat's Head Soup" about her.
Not familiar with that song. Is it a head joke or is their more? : )
the WaPo confirms jackie was outed http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-intersect/wp/2014/12/08/the-fact-that-a-blogger-just-doxed-u-va-s-alleged-rape-victim-basically-sums-up-the-year-in-internet-culture/
crying rape ought to land you the punishment a rapist would receive.
I had the same thoughts as you, but shame and guilt do not equal rape. Plus, this now looks like she is alleging another seperate rape occurred prior to the frat rape described in the Rolling Stone article.
she wants to be treated like an adult, equal to a man, and yet she takes zero personal responsibility for her actions and dumb choices that led to something she didn’t like, after the fact, because it revealed she’s a slut when she gets drunk.
if you want to be equal to men, take personal responsibility for yourself. when men get drunk and do idiotic things they don’t get let off for being drunk, and the people kept giving me drinks, poor widdle me...
Not saying I have this exactly right, but can anyone illuminate us on this law?
My theory is she’s bipolar.
Or she’s like those blacks on college campuses that spray paint the N-word a few places to ‘begin a discussion.’
Yes, if you read the sign, it’s not her fault she got drunk and flirted etc.
The school is deliberately punishing the frats for an infraction that was never committed.
TO ALL: My son told me this morning that California has a new “Yes Means Yes” law, or maybe a proposed law which essentially means that if a woman accuses a man of rape, the burden is on him to prove he didn’t do it.
Not saying I have this exactly right, but can anyone illuminate us on this law?
Not that there's anything wrong in that. But falsely accusing someone of rape should be a felony.
I’ve been thinking that, but haven’t seen that. Care to point it out for me?
Playing out EXACTLY like Duke LaCrosse..!
Crystal Magnum also had a serial pattern of accusing client groups of group rape.
Yet that deterred the Prosecutor (now disbarred and an ex-con) not in the least.
One of the falsely accused RECEIVED TWENTY MILLION DOLLARS:
Future claimant take note...
She wants it both ways; she wants to proudly march in SLUTWALK parades, brandishing her in your face skankiness, the following day (or hour), she wants to play somebody’s confused and helpless victim. This chick has major issues and should be avoided at all costs before you get tangled up in her sticky webs of deceit.
It's my understanding that false rape allegations can be as little as a misdemeanor and a $500 fine.
"Dem Duke boize done RAPE me..!"
(then burns down BF's house...)
It’s a TON of money to join a frat. Hope they sue for their money back.
Text of her sign:
“MY RAPIST DOESN’T KNOW HE”S A RAPIST.
YOU TAUGHT HIM IT WASN’T HIS FAULT. I DRANK TOO MUCH.
FLIRTED AND MY SHORTS. TOO SHORT. I WAS ASKING FOR
IT. HE LEFT ME IN PARKING GARAGE STAIRCASE.
MY (ex)BOYFRIEND SPIT IN MY FACE. HE CALLED ME A
SLUT, HE CALLED ME A WHORE. I DESERVED IT. MY
FRIENDS GAVE ME DIRTY LOOKS. THEY CALLED ME
TRASH, NOT REALIZING, IT COULD HAVE BEEN THEM. THIS
CULTURE, YOUR CULTURE, MY CULTURE, TOLD THEM, TOLD
ME, THIS WAS MY FAULT. AND I SUFFERED. BUT,
MY RAPIST DOESN’T KNOW HE’S A RAPIST.
I AM NOT ASHAMED. I WILL TAKE A STAND. SLUTWALK DC 2011.”
The gandrape from the RS article supposedly took place in 2012.
