One of Bill Cosby's alleged sexual assault victims recently got out of prison for, among other things, fraud ... and Cosby is now lashing out at her.

As the number of sexual assault allegations against Bill Cosby grows, the comedian is now facing a lawsuit from a woman who claims Cosby molested her when she was 15. In a suit filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday, Judy Huth states that Cosby sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974, the Los Angeles Times reports. The lawsuit marks the first time the latest wave of accusations against Cosby has resulted in legal action.
While the state of California can only pursue criminal charges against Cosby had the incident occurred in 1988 or after due to the statute of limitations, a civil trial could proceed if Huth can prove that she has developed "psychological injuries and illnesses" in the past three years as a result of the decades-old alleged assault.

Brawley was an obvious rape hoax, yet he put up a reward and wrote publicly on the “racism” involved in the “rape”.

If, riqht before he ran for the 2016 Presidential primary, a bunch of Tea Partiers all of a sudden claimed that John McCain had raped them 30 years aqo, would it be unreasonable to ask if there were any “moderates” who had accused him? The issue is motive.
Hollywood’s motives are fairly obvious to most reasonable people. If somebody is in the Hollywood crowd, or wants to be in the Hollywood crowd, or is interested in beinq paid by the Hollywood crowd..... it could be a motive, just like Tea partiers could have a motive...
The world would be very interested if all the accusers of a political fiqure were Tea Partiers. You know they would. Why doesn’t the same question rise for Hollywood? Why do you, the “conservative sheep doq” think it unreasonable to ask if the accusers are all Hollywood wannabe’s?
I can have opinions, even powerful ones, without ever meeting or vetting the accused or the accusers, or even knowing their names.

Constand’s lawyers Dolores Troiani and Bebe Kivitz ended up with 13 witnesses, most referred to in court documents as “Jane Does,” who came forward voluntarily with strikingly similar claims of drugging and or abuse by Cosby. Terms of the settlement, reached before any of the women could testify, were not disclosed. But PEOPLE reporters have interviewed five of the women and share three of their stories now.”

With Clinton, there was a dress. I’d wager Kathleen Willey’s got pictures and evidence too somewhere. I remember so many bodies hitting the floor that were connected to those diseased people (Clintons) during the 90’s that an actuarial calculated that the possibilities were astronomical of such a thing happening. There was evidence, but no appetite to go after them, really. Now W is hanging with Bill - brothers.
This feels like a warning to the rest of the liberal plantation, what’s happening to Cosby. Message goes double for the GOP, however.

I can see how you manage to be so engaged in posting on a subject that you admit not knowing anything about, and that you will not look into.
And because the women have now come forward, they are all bimbos? How do you reach that conclusion? Apparently you know little to nothing about someone being assaulted like this, and by someone as famous and popular as he has always been. But, just because one now comes forward, and that gives the others strength to come forward, you say they are all bimbos!
Had Lewinski actually accused him of rape, she probably could have made that charge stick given the fact she had the dress. With Willey and the others out there basically saying the same thing, he would likely have been impeached.

I’ve been accused of infidelity before, by coworkers. There was LESS THAN NONE of that going on. Didn’t stop my VP from hauling me in and talking to me about it. Thank goodness I was working for a startup, and my wife knew me well enough to know I wouldn’t do that.
What you can prove and what you believe are very, very different things. To this day, there are qualified conservative jurists that will not countenance an invitation to join SCOTUS. Not after Thomas.
In a day and age where we are talking about putting women in submarines and forward deployed combat units, I know longer subscribe to the theory that victims are just too traumatized to come forward and file something if they have the goods on a rapist or abuser. You can pull hair out by the roots, you can document bruising, you can capture DNA under fingernails, you can wound a guy during fellatio.
Not a chance. Not even in the 1970s. Settling out of court for something you didn’t do? Ever worked for a manufacturing company or a city/county? It happens all the time. Sue a public figure with the threat of smearing their reputation, or settle out of court. That’s not an original idea.
