Shopping at a Washington, DC, bookstore Saturday, President Obama spotted a copy of “Meet the Press” host Chuck Todd’s new book about his presidency.

“Oh, Chuck Todd!” Obama exclaimed. “Let’s see what Chuck has to say here!”

“How is he writing a book already? asked his 16-year-old daughter, Malia. “Sad.”

“He’s just sad,” the president joked in response.

Yep, Chuck gets his nourishment from Obama the same way crops get their nourishment from the farmer.

The (unwritten) rule was that, as long as they stayed out of active politics they were supposed to be off limits. Once they enter the fray they are fair game.

I’m conflicted because this (the reference to todd) is another case of the left eating the left but they are certainly skirting the line ;’)
