"The end of life is important, but if you have lived well, it is no more or less important than the beginning of your life, or the middle. Amen!

The Lord took my wife, his favorite angel that He let me borrow, back home this past July from cancer.
I have seen the man who has walked beside me for four years slowly drift onto his own path, where I cannot follow. I know, though, that when it is my turn, Ill recognize the footprints he left for me, and I wont feel alone and I wont feel afraid.
Good Lord I can't even see my keyboard...

They are handling it in an admirable fashion. But I couldn’t help noticing the absence of any mention or reference to God or Christ, or any acknowledgement of his or their making preparation for the NEXT life.
There are only 2 possible destinations. To go to the worst one by default; just do nothing. To go to the galactically preferable one, we need to simply ASK for it. It’s FREE, but we do need to express a need and respectfully ask.

No mention of Jesus though.....

Thank you for saying it!
I didn’t see it either. This life is a vapor, but the NEXT is what counts. Without Jesus, it’s all in vain.....

No matter how many people may surround you, death is a solitary journey.
So true.
