Dana Perino, the Fox News co-cost and former spokeswoman for George W. Bush's White House, said that President Barack Obama's executive amnesty is well within the law.

Lol
She really has went to the dark side. She lives in a political correct bubble.
She is a Bushie
LOL
If she wants to just sit somewhere and "look pretty" she can do it in the Green Room waiting for a decent anchor to get the flu.
Frankly, I'd rather listen to Juan "Brain Cell" Williams or Bob "you-know-I-smoked-a-lotta-grass" Beckel than this disgusting RINO.
Bob Beckel?
Mobius strip, good one.
Dana: ToGTFO?
I don’t know if there even is an Executive Order (EO). Maybe he doesn’t need to do it, just tell the mexicans to come and they will. No EO needed.

Didn’t they name a medical condition after her. You know. Someone like Clinton who has a curved penis has Perino’s disease.
She ain’t that pretty, but I do think she is right. The Republicrats are boxed in to the point that all they can do is whine about Obama’s empirical ways. They run the party and set the agenda. And that agenda does not necessarily agree with the folks that put them in office.
The GOPe and their handlers are terrified of being labeled anti immigrant or racist or (Horrors) have the MSM and the Democrats talk about them shutting down the Government, so their first impulse is to shut down the few conservatives still left in the party.
You know, those evil Tea Party types that wants a Constitutional Republic.
My bet is that Bush thought about it, so she thinks it a-okay.
FAIL.
Reaching back in history:
President Harry Trumans April 8, 1952 Executive Order 10340 authorized Secretary of Commerce Charles Sawyer to seize the U.S. steel mills in advance of a strike that was to have begun the next day.
Owners of the steel companies took the matter to the federal courts, obtaining an injunction against Trumans Executive Order. Ultimately, the Supreme Court ruled against the president on June 2, 1952 in the case Youngstown Sheet and Tube Company v Sawyer.
The “law of the land” CAN be overturned, even when there seems to be a fairly firm basis for its issuance.
The EO so recently issued by the Current Occupant is on much less firm legal grounds. The governors of the several States, and members of Congress, all have legal standing to bring this to the attention of the Federal courts.
It just takes the testicular fortitude to commence action.
So Dana says it’s okay. I really value her opinion. I value it at about zero.
There would be a possible equalizing return from this expansion of executive power if a future conservative were to use it in reverse, but there is no chance of that ever happening.
Perino is criminal. He ought to worry about keeping his scrawny chicken-neck out of the hangman’s noose.
One opinion doesn’t an Obamaphile make. Dana is one sharp cookie
Medved did not say it was constitutional, in fact he spent a lot of time talking about how we need to resist this. What he did say is that conservatives need to calm down and think strategically.
