National Day of Reckoning! [Impeach Obama]

Received a message this morning requesting a repeat of the National Day of Protest against amnesty that was held a couple of months ago. I'm all for it, but think this time it should be entitled, "National Day of Reckoning!" and should be repeated weekly for the duration.

FR was instrumental in leading the fight for impeachment against the criminal Clinton. Well, Clintoon was a piker compared to our new tyrant. As much as the Republicans fear impeaching our first black president, I'm afraid it must be done. The Constitution demands it!!

We cannot cower in fear as our wannabe dictator burns down our Republic. Amnesty by executive decree lights the fuse to final and total destruction of our Constitution and our beloved Republic if allowed to stand.

ObamaCare by hook and crook was bad enough. Conspiracy, lying, cover-up and treason in Fast & Furious and Benghazi was way over the top. Politicizing the IRS, EPA, DHS, etc, are impeachable offenses. Even the Democrats agree (Nixon). Wholesale spying on the people is an impeachable offense. But now after we the people through our elected representatives have soundly rejected every attempt at amnesty by both parties for over a decade if Obama decrees amnesty by executive order, he is definitely declaring war on we the people and has criminal intent on destroying the Constitution and our Republic.

The only valid constitutional remedy for an obviously out of control criminal president is impeachment!!

Empty threats of defunding or lawsuits are worthless. Articles of impeachment detailing the president's many crimes and misdemeanors must be drawn up and brought to a vote. If so, the House has no choice but to impeach.

Then we the people must work like hell during the next two months to convince enough Democrat and RINOs in the Senate to convict and remove. It can and shall be done. Articles of impeachment now, trial and removal by the Senate in January.

Like the man said, this one is for all the marbles. Damn the political torpedoes, full speed ahead!!

Call, email, write, visit your congressmen and senators!! The usurper must be impeached and removed for his blatant high crimes and treason against the Constitution, the Republic and We the People!!

FRiends, Patriots and Countrymen: Prepare for action against the lawless usurper who has declared war on you, your Liberty and the Blessings of Liberty of our posterity!!

If you love liberty, you will heed the call!!

Personally I believe we’ve passed the point of simple impeachment.

You start impeachment and his little foreign army, which is what the illegals are, will have every city in the US burning before he can be removed.

He’ll then have the military in the streets following his orders.

It’s time for Congress to declare this an insurrection and call forth the militia to Execute the laws of the Union, suppress the insurrection, and repel invasion.

Notify Biden and the rest of the dems they can call on Obama to vacate the office or use Article 25 of the Bill of Rights to remove him and if they don’t they will be considered part of the insurrection.

Let the jug eared clown try and use the US Military against the Citizen Militia congress has called forth to put down the insurrection and the military will turn against him.

This is EXACTLY the kind of discussion we need to be having in addition to pushing for Impeachment.

I personally believe Obama WANTS impeachment for exactly the reason you cite. The history of all Marxist regimes illustrates that they do such things to sow chaos and then justify an iron fist because the people want bread back on the shelves and life to return to 'normal' so they will agree to anything that will promise those things, even if it means saying goodbye to liberty.

What are the options and chances of Congress enacting Article 25?

What about other options such as refusal to comply with federal decrees and getting the states to refuse recognizing or providing for all these illegals? We know the Oligarchy will use the pressure of withholding funds to states and possibly even send in federal agents to force states to comply with diktat - and then we have the very reason to resist with deadly force.

If it is illegal to give out work permits arbitrarily, someone must sue people for doing it, even if they are acting under the orders of a president. “I was only obeying orders” only goes so far.

As far as “peaceably assembling . . . to petition the government" - well, even most of talk radio radically underestimated 9/12/09 . . . is there any way to get actual coverage, at least on FNC and talk radio???

It ain’t September any more, and Joe Bastardi predicts a cold winter. Logistics would require that people could only be out in the cold briefly, and even then they would need to keep moving.

Well, if impeachment is off the table, this would require a tribunal which would simply invalidate a particular action of the president.

If Congress will not move to impeach why would we think they would convene a tribunal???

Obama would no doubt make impeachment or a tribunal as a political issue to incite riots and uprising. That is what 'Community agitators' do. It is also what every Marxist dictator does to secure their power.

We have to assume any attempt to hold Obama to account at this point will be met with such efforts. We also must understand that refusal to attempt to hold him to account, sets permanent precedent and justification for his dictatorship.

Obama is in a 'win-win' position and he knows it, which is why he is so totally in-our-face about this Amnesty.

Incidentally, I’ve gotten one response from a lawyer who said the only actions possible are impeachment, de-funding, and lawsuits.

Well, he is wrong. Those may be the limits of 'civil' recourse against a defacto dictator, but those are not the only actions possible.

We kill what is left of liberty ourselves if we limit our discussion and analysis of what has to be done to the civil and legal arena, which as we will see - has already been corrupted and usurped to the advantage of the Oligarchy and their Monarch.

What I am saying is we should look to impeachment, but we should not rest our hopes in it.

We also need to be discussing other options and recourses should that effort fail.

Perhaps all of them at the same time with a fall-back should all civil measures fail to arrest this tyranny.

I think a tribunal removes almost everything but whining from Obama. It simply is reviewing the constitutional adequacy of a presidential policy.

And it is, if it rules against the president, forcing the Supreme Court’s hand, which will then have to let it stand or also hear it.

All the while, the clock is ticking, if it is under a stay. And if it isn’t, then a ruling opposing the president will.

Without some Congressional or Supreme Court interference, the most we can do is non violent protests.

I am waiting for the criminal warrant that Congress needs to get for the Gruber confession of a CONSPIRACY to defraud the American People on Obamacare (we the people are the government); as Pelosi, Reid, and Zero work for us.

Fraud in these numbers is serious business. I don’t care if Roberts said it was a tax, that does not remove culpability of the intent to defraud by lies and deception. The tax was not presented as a tax, so then ‘attempt to defraud’....and Conspiracy are still valid charges.

And what about those consulting fees for Gruber, because those are extreme. Judge Jeanine also felt the same way last week. Gruber should have to be part of those charges if possible.

Unfortunately any talk of impeachment will play into Obama's ongoing strategy of branding Republicans as racist. This will strengthen his position, and enable him to push through even more destructive policy than if we don't take this approach.

Some of the well-intentioned Republicans have spent a lot of time amassing data on past Obama crimes (the IRS, Benghazi, Fast and Furious, Solyndra, etc.) and I think that we could have a darned good shot at pressing forward on one or more of these issues, and actually demonstrate that crimes have been committed.

As for the amnesty itself... most Americans couldn't even name one of their own Senators or their own district's House representative, so how should we expect them to understand the implications of Obama's amnesty order?

Americans don't understand executive orders, or even understand what the three branches of government are for. All they know is what the media (which is essentially run by Democrats) tell them. The MSM will tell them that racists want to impeach Obama, or that racists hate immigrants... that's about the extent of the ability of many Americans to think.

Our Republicans can take a different approach. They can talk in terms most Americans can understand. They can start talking about bills to FUND Obama's amnesty... there will be money (and lots of it) needed to house, feed, school and provide medical care for these new millions of people.

Republicans should propose ways to provide these funds... like cuts to food stamps, or taxes on abortions, or some other liberal cause. They can modify Section 8 housing rules to set aside 50% of housing for these immigrants... let the new immigrants go to the head of the line for college grants and loans, leaving Obama's people behind even further.

Hispanics and blacks seem to hate each other... this could be our chance to show blacks that Dems don't give a hoot about them... they're being pushed aside so a whole new group can climb the ladder in America and it's going to be largely at the expense of blacks.

It is my understanding that the House and Senate can simply pass a bill that says something along the lines, "The provisions of Executive Order # XYZZZ are invalid and not acceptable to the people. Executive Order # XYZZZ is hereby found not to comply with the Constitution and is set aside. "

I forget the exact wording and it likely would have to be fine tuned to this action.

It is not a law so it doesn't have to be signed by The Messiah to go into effect.

The republican governors should start rounding up illegals, loading them on a bus and dump them in Washington.

Then cite the law suite the Obama administration won over the states that the fed govt has sole control over immigration.

With sole control the fed can’t dump the burden of illegals on the states it’s not the states responsibility.

Let Obama file a law suite and waste his time in court if he wants to.

Meanwhile keep dumping.

If Obama/fed govt doesn’t have to obey the laws of the Union then the governors/states don’t either. The states never agreed to a dictatorship when they joined the Union.

Let the governors declare Obama has dissolved the Union, so here’s your illegals.

This jug eared clown is trying to create a constitutional crises, I say do it.

The only thing the radical left understands is force so it’s time to use it.
